Greater than one weekExcellent tire. My go to tire for many years, I can highly recommend this. I find them to be very durable and highly puncture resistant.

Greater than one weekMichael Yu wrote a review on May 7th stating the sidewall separated from the bead on both tires on the first ride. On my second ride, the bead separated from the sidewall on one of my tires. Did I buy fakes as Michael said.

> 3 dayI purchased a pair of the Continental Gatorskin tires for my road bike in early August, after suffering several flats over a two week period. I ride on average 3-4 times a week and needed tires that offered better puncture resistance. I did some research and ultimately settled on the Gatorskins. I have been very pleased with the tires so far, as I have not had a flat in the last 3 months and over 800 miles. However, today I noticed that the tire is split from the sidewall around to the mid-section of the tire. I am really disappointed!! I understand that tires are designed to wear out over time, but for the price of these tires, I was really hoping to get more than 3 months out of them. The tread is not even close to being worn out and I have the Horrible Hundred Ride coming up in two weeks and I cant afford to have the tire blow out during the race. I have no choice but to replace the tire. NOT HAPPY!!

> 3 dayI like it. it seems more supple than my previous 700x25 tire but it may be because it is larger than my last 700x25 tire.

> 3 dayI dont have a lot of miles on these yet, so take that into consideration. The rims I have are tubeless ready, and I suspect theyre designed to fit tires rather tightly. Ive had the same issue with other tires. I prefer not to use tire levers when installing a tire, but they were necessary. Tip - a little soapy water on the bead helps. I havent put a lot of miles on these yet (about 60), so unknown how theyll last in the long run. Threw them on my commuter bike; wanted a good road tire with reasonably low rolling resistance, comfortable for commutes, and somewhat puncture resistant. So far, no punctures, but Ive only used them on bike paths and roads. I went with 700x32, and I run them around 85-90 PSI. My previous tires were also 32mm, but with pretty deep tread, and a lot thicker. These are significantly lighter, and feel more responsive. Additionally, they offer more grip, despite being thinner and with less tread, due to the rubber compound used. Also, due to less tread, are pretty quiet. No annoying buzz or hum. To be honest, I was surprised how much they improved my ride. I expected them to be a little faster and more responsive, but these tires changed the ride more than I expected. The ride just feels smoother, faster, and more nimble. I would highly recommend them. Again, not a lot of miles, and I dont regularly ride over broken glass, thorns, thumbtacks, or spike strips, so I cant say much about the puncture resistance. Ive had no issues so far. Just for the curious, I put these on a Trek FX 3. Pretty basic hybrid commuter, AL frame, carbon fork, and pretty basic Shimano groupset. However, Ive been checking out the Trek Checkpoint SL5. Id happily put these tires (28mm) on a gravel bike and do some group rides and climbs on the road.

> 3 dayI installed these tires on my road bike hoping to avoid getting a flat every time I take the the road bike for a ride. Unfortunately, even though I take the road bike for a ride on a flat asphalt service in the park near my house it never fails I get a flight.
