Have used this product for several years in finished & workshop portion of the basement. Average usage is three (3) bags every four (4) month.

I have a large aquarium that evaporates a lot , and I keep these nearby and they seem to do a good job of absorbing all the ambient moisture, makes the environment a lot more fresh.

I have been using damp rid in a kegerator setup now for a little over a year now and the product works great !! No condensation build up or mold etc. which can happen at lower temperatures. so why only 4 stars and not 5 ? I wish I realized that these easy fill packs are really intended for the larger whole room de humidifier version of the damprid system as they fit into the slots of the larger machine. After contacting DampRid directly they did reassure me that the packs will work in the 10oz refillable tubs and I could leave it in the ez fill bag or dumo the contents into the basket. Overall a great buy and a great product.

This is the best product for the removal of moisture from a small room, closet or damp area!

Product is good however, the poor packaging needs improvement. The DampRid box is thin with individually wrapped refills. Given the heaviness of the box putting it in a thin plastic envelope is not an appropriate way to mail it. It arrived damaged and fell apart when I opened the envelope. Mailing in a box would be more appropriate.

I dont have a problem with the product. My comment is that the packing job was lazy - the box that holds the product was smashed on top and bottom - luckily no damage to contents. Why are some employees putting items in envelopes with no packing material - this item is heavy enough that it needs to be in a small box with some packing material.

The item is easy to set-up really helps pull the humidity out of my closet.

Awesome product, I usually by single use containers and I’ve tried other brands because I wanted to save money but they didn’t last long and left a funny smell but I decided to go back to using damp rid and I decided to use refill packs, I am totally glad I did they last long and no funny bad smell and it is saving me money, I’m going to continue to use them I pack filled three containers I pored out the liquid in them filled the top strainer and put lid on and sat them in different ares of my house, I do have a big dam rid reusable container that takes huge solid round , that one I will just put the whole bag I won’t open it to por out,

Product is great, but packaging SUCKED! Here you have a chemical that is packaged in bags, placed inside a flimsy box, and then placed in a bubble mailer. Product was so squished inside bubble mailer than product box was crushed and product bags spilling out of box. Luckily none of the bags ruptured. This is NOT the first time I have received items shipped in bubble mailers that were crushed. Use common sense especially when chemicals are involved. Boxed items should NOT be mailed in bubble mailers, only items with soft packaging. Thought about sending it back, but kept it only because I bought it for someone else who couldnt wait for a replacement. Due to health issues this person needed the moisture out of their home fast! Next time this happens, back it goes, Ill then buy it local.
