> 3 dayWe use the Damp Rid system in our cabin -- the refills in the pitchers and the hanging ones in closets and discreetly hanging in the living areas. Since it is closed up quite a bit, these things do the trick when it does not get ventilation. Before we used Damp Rid, the place always smelled musty. Since we use DampRid, it is so much fresher! I even started using the hanging ones at home in our closets and basement and was amazed at how much moisture they can pull from the air. They make everything smell so fresh. They really improve the quality of your air and make your living space so much cleaner. I cant say enough about this product.

Greater than one weekI have a large aquarium that evaporates a lot , and I keep these nearby and they seem to do a good job of absorbing all the ambient moisture, makes the environment a lot more fresh.

> 3 dayThis stuff is miracle pouches, I place two in the Easy-Fill system and miraculously water appears in the reservoir ,after two months and I can get almost 3 months out of mine given I only have a 900 sq foot home and I have the system in the larger room.I live in the deep south and the humidity is awful, it causes the ceiling paint to crack because even with central air is not enough to keep the moisture at bay,so in hopes of slowing down when I have to repaint again I decided for $10 for system and a refill it was worth a try.Refills are around $8 on Amazon and ^ at Wally world, but my Wally is usually out,

> 3 dayI use the product for my closets. I live where the humidity is high. Its a cold humidity not from heat so it does not fight strong mold.

> 3 dayi dont have the money or space for a huge humidifier, but i dont like air conditioning and leaving the windows open means the apartment can get very humid, especially in the bathroom that has no windows. so i bought for the bathroom and it works pretty good.

> 3 dayGreat product! Put the crystals in the container, put the container in your closet, and it sucks all the dampness out of the air and turns it into water in the container! Keeps mold from developing on shoes or clothes in a closet. If you don’t have an air vent in your closet- like most of us don’t, air doesn’t circulate and humidity will stagnate and cause issues in your closet. It’s a must in my house!

> 3 dayWe got the DampRid about few months ago to put in our master bedroom walk-in closet, which is connected to our bathroom (though separated by a door) and the absorbing unit was almost full of water after 3 to 4 months of use with the original absorbing pouch. I would never have thought that there would be that much moisture in a walk-in closet - and we keep the door closed all the time too (and live in a place thats dry in the summer months). So Im glad we got the DampRid. After dumping out the water, I left the original pouch in the unit. It still absorbed moisture, but at a much slower rate than before. So I got the refill packs and it definitely helped absorb more moisture compared to the 3-4 month old pouch. I do think the 4-pack refill was slightly cheaper at Bed, Bath, and Beyond if you have one of their 20% off coupon. But theres no sales tax on Amazon where Im from. Its definitely worth it though.

> 3 dayI like that there is no scent at all. It works great to keep my closets from getting damp and keeping them mold free.
