DampRid 10.5 oz Fragrance Free Absorber Easy Fill Refill Packs-4 Count – Attracts & Traps Moisture for Fresher, Cleaner Air, Blue/White

We live in the humid South and these works so well to help dehumidify our home. Love that they are easy to use and are unscented, too. This is my second re order of this product. My issue, and there is no where on Amazon’s site, where I can leave packaging feedback, is that the product was packed in an envelope and not in a sturdy box with packing material. The pic below was taken a few minutes after I opened everything the package. The cartons were totally destroyed because the envelope offered no protection of the product whatsoever. Thankfully, the DampRid packs were fine but the crystals could have leaked out because they were crushed. Just beware that this may occur if you order this product. I hate leaving this as part of the review, but this was unacceptable and I don’t want this to possibly happen to anyone else. I am surprised because Amazon is usually much better than this. Hope they see this and correct the issue. HTH!

I have been using damp rid in a kegerator setup now for a little over a year now and the product works great !! No condensation build up or mold etc. which can happen at lower temperatures. so why only 4 stars and not 5 ? I wish I realized that these easy fill packs are really intended for the larger whole room de humidifier version of the damprid system as they fit into the slots of the larger machine. After contacting DampRid directly they did reassure me that the packs will work in the 10oz refillable tubs and I could leave it in the ez fill bag or dumo the contents into the basket. Overall a great buy and a great product.

These refills are not easy to find as DampRid has phased out the container they are used in. As with anything, a company changes it’s packaging and everything that the product uses has to change too. These were expensive to begin with, so as long as Amazon carries the refill, I will keep ordering

I have been buying Damprid for use in our house for years. Its great for removing the humidity in the bathroom, and from cooking, and I long ago started keeping one in every room. Its very easy to just pour the liquid in the toilet and put in a new packet. BUT, a few months ago I decided to pour out the liquid into a bucket. Its basically mostly salt. And I use it as a weed killer! It really works, especially in the couple of fine cracks in the driveway, and places where I do not plan on having anything grow. The weeds die back within a few days, and I am hoping there is an unseen benefit like making the driveway easier to shovel in winter. I am saving money on possibly dangerous weed killers and doing it for free!

The item is easy to set-up really helps pull the humidity out of my closet.

I put these in my closet and basement and have been using them for years. They are easy to use, make the closet smell nice and truly absorb moisture. Definitely recommend!

I bought these for my elderly neighbor who is nearly blind. She lives in one area of her house and closes off the rest with less heat and AC so humidity and mustiness is a problem. We tried a competitors brand at first, bu the entire plastic container has to be discarded which is not good for the environment. I found these on Amazon and we like them much better. They seem to work faster and my neighbor can refill them with the packets which prevents her from spilling the crystals.

Product is great, but packaging SUCKED! Here you have a chemical that is packaged in bags, placed inside a flimsy box, and then placed in a bubble mailer. Product was so squished inside bubble mailer than product box was crushed and product bags spilling out of box. Luckily none of the bags ruptured. This is NOT the first time I have received items shipped in bubble mailers that were crushed. Use common sense especially when chemicals are involved. Boxed items should NOT be mailed in bubble mailers, only items with soft packaging. Thought about sending it back, but kept it only because I bought it for someone else who couldnt wait for a replacement. Due to health issues this person needed the moisture out of their home fast! Next time this happens, back it goes, Ill then buy it local.

My justmive into the basement I saw the reviews of this and decided to try it. Its amazing and true to word. It does everything ii also like the scent it gives the room. It was Amazing to see the water in the bottom of the bags.i wish I took a pick. Bit its worth it.rhe basmati doaent have that old misty smell
