> 24 hourThe pan has a nice weight and feel to it and should be sturdy for a long time. I like the performance of the non-stick and it holds temp well! Managing cooking times on each little section can be tricky so plan ahead for that but all in all it’s a good pan! Would give it a 4.5

> 24 hourSo the lid and pan are great. They’re heavy and feel solid, of high quality materials. I haven’t put it in the oven but for making eggs daily and lots of pasta it has worked fantastically. Just a little bit of oil and everything slides right off of it. The spatula on the other hand is super basic and cheap but as a gift its alright, something you don’t mind getting a little burnt or abused. Im not an expert on pans but for 80$ this seems a bit steep. It’s nice don’t get me wrong, but not 80$ nice. Again im no expert and thats just my opinion.

> 24 hourI love the medium weight of the pan. It’s not super heavy or light. It’s perfect. It sautés food nicely and the non-stick coating is really nice. The glass cover is perfect for seeing the food as it cooks. I’d definitely recommend it!

> 24 hourThis pan came nicely packaged and looks great. The spatula is the perfect size and shape for most things, and seems to be well made. The pan is deeper than any of my other non-stick fry pans, which will probably come in handy. And the vent in the lid makes the pan even more versatile for what you can cook in it. And for anyone who uses an induction cooktop, rest assured – this pan will work for you. The pan (without the lid) weighs 976 grams (a little over 2 pounds), which is lighter than my other similarly sized non-stick and stainless-steel pans. Considering it’s a taller pan, I was surprised by the light weight, but some of you may prefer that. Overall, I think it’s a nice and versatile pan. Only time will tell how well the non-stick surface will hold up, so I may update this review in the future if I notice any issues.

> 24 hourI absolutely love this pan. When it arrived, it was perfectly packaged and came with a lid and spatula (a plus). I have always struggled with my cast iron and it’s maintenance and this was the perfect replacement. I love how deep it is so I can manage the overflow when making family meals. The heat distributes evenly and nothing sticks even without using my non-stick spray. I have also been using it in the oven for easy one pot meals which cuts down on clean up time. I just pop it in the dishwasher and it’s ready to go for our next meal. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourI absolutely love this pan! It has replaced all of my other favorites! I needed a larger pan and expected one i would like obviously, but I didn’t expect to want to throw the rest away lol! It’s a good weight, the lid is sturdy, and it’s super easy to clean. The cooking is even, and the heat distributes well.

> 24 hourA few days ago, I was making breakfast with eggs, sausage and pancakes (I cook for three me, myself and I LOL) and thought while using 3 separate pans just for me that having a divided pan would be so efficient! Next thing I know along came this pan. To be sure I tried it right away. At 10, it is larger than my largest gas burner but it cooked fine. The long section has grilling ridges so I knew that would be a wonder for frying meat whether steak or burgers or sausage or fish . . . but the two smaller sections have raised designs (fully visible in photos of pan mid page) so how can one cook an egg or a pancake on a surface that is not flat? Well apparently it can be done as I actually fried an egg on the small smiley face section with no issues. The secret with any frying pan is to preheat it before adding food. This pan is non stick but not knowing how it would behave frying an egg, I added a little avocado oil and butter. I will not use oils in the future since they build up on the surface of nonstick pans plus none is necessary with this pan! When the egg needed turning I used two silicone spatulas so as not to damage the non stick finish. No problem. Over it went with no smily face imprint! The other small section with the swirled pattern behaved similarly. When I finished using the pan it looked clean--not one stuck-on food fragment anywhere. The pan easily rinsed off after it cooled down. The handle needs to be attached and there are no instructions. Ordinarily none would be needed but the screw for this handle came in two parts. The screw without screw ridges goes in first, then the handle gets placed on and the other screw is screwed in through the handle. Interesting set-up but the handle is holding. A hex key is provided for this job. The granite interior is truly non-stick and has a campfire appearance IMO which I like. The handle is thick silicone which is easy to grip and it did not get hot when cooking. The pan can be hung from the handle as well. I am so glad to have this pan that I am happy to give it 5 stars. Ive been cooking for a while and it just seems to me after trial using this pan that it will last a long time. It sure will get a lot of use by me. Should it develop any problems prematurely, I will update but I honestly do not expect any. Love this pan!
