> 3 dayFirst, the pan I ordered came packaged beautifully protected. I washed it immediately with a no scratch sponge and dish soap and got it heating on the stove with a few teaspoons of olive oil for dinner. I added my breaded pork chops and they cooked perfectly. The pan is heavy and thick on the bottom but still lightweight. The lid fit well with no heat escape on edges. A small gripe is that it concaves a bit in the middle but it doesnt affect cooking other than the oil running down to edges. But none of this should really matter because its an excellent non stick pan that didnt need oil anyway (bad habit, I guess). It cleaned up easily in warm soapy water after I let it cool off. I cant say that I would pay over $50 for this pan but I would pay $30 for it. However, its an unique size. Big but not too big deep edged skillet that is oven safe. Im going to use it make a dutch baby (which I think this pan will be perfect for!) for dinner tonight. Oh yah, the handle. Its awesome. I kept having to make sure my stovetop was on because the handle was cool to the touch throughout cooking (on med-high heat) and it fits well in the hand.

> 3 dayYou can actually cook a breakfast in this pan. Three slices of bacon, two eggs and hash browns. The areas are quite well proportioned for this breakfast. Or a steak, fried potatoes and stemed mixed vegetables. The pan distributes and holds heat very well. Is nonstick and well made. However, throw away the screwdriver that tightens the handle to the pan if you have a phillips screwdriver of your own. The supplied screwdriver is practically worthless. It just does not fit the screw and you cannot properly tighten the handle. Other than this minor detail, and I would perfer the pan to be a little larger- this is a nice little item for everyday use. You can cook a meal for one person in one pan. LISTEN UP BACHELORS... Its also easy to clean. SO, a better screwdriver, a little larger and you have a perfect pan for cooking a meal for one person. However, it works quite well as is. The three slices of bacon.. use some of the bacon grease for the eggs and potatoes... breakfast was delicious!

> 3 dayBought this for cooking dishes such as tofu where having a taller side is helpful for containing the food. The surface is smooth and we will see how long it will last before it starts to get rough but so far it’s feeling pretty good to the touch.

> 3 dayComes with tongs. The pan handle will need to be installed. Very easy and simple to put together. The handle is well designed and has a nice grip and feel. Used the smaller compartments for pancakes and larger for eggs. Does not stick. Heats up very quick on gas burner. Easy to clean, wipe and done. Don’t scrape the coating. Use the tongues it comes with or use wood or food grade spatula. Time will tell how long it will last.

> 3 daySo the lid and pan are great. They’re heavy and feel solid, of high quality materials. I haven’t put it in the oven but for making eggs daily and lots of pasta it has worked fantastically. Just a little bit of oil and everything slides right off of it. The spatula on the other hand is super basic and cheap but as a gift its alright, something you don’t mind getting a little burnt or abused. Im not an expert on pans but for 80$ this seems a bit steep. It’s nice don’t get me wrong, but not 80$ nice. Again im no expert and thats just my opinion.

> 3 dayPleasantly surprised at how big and sturdy the materia is. Come with a spatula and lid which is also heavy duty. Doesn’t seem like the kind to warp very easy.
