> 24 hourPerfect monitor for home office use. Best thing, fully adjustable. I use dual monitors for my home office and bought a second one, I was so pleased with the first. I don’t game, so I can’t really speak to that. The picture quality is perfect for my work.

> 24 hourThis monitor sits high on its pedestal so it can be swiveled to use in a long view instead of a wide view. I love this feature and I am using as a second monitor so I can perform work on the other monitor screen. It is absolutely the best buy I have made in monitors in many years. When my main monitor goes to sleep, so does the Dell monitor which saves energy.

> 24 hourI used this monitor mainly as a secondary monitor. Easy to assemble. (I was able to do it with one hand.) Tilt and rotate are also easy. If you rotate it 90 degrees, be sure to switch the orientation under Windowss display settings. (I am familiar with manipulating Windows settings, but I noticed the monitor did not come with instructions on how to perform this action.) Text is more clearer than my Toshiba 24 1080p TV (model 24SL410U). Since the response time was only 8 ms, I was expecting some ghosting while playing games (Skyrim, Far Cry 4, etc.) . However, I never experienced any ghosting. The only thing I would improve on this monitor is to move the USB port on the back to either side of the monitor.

> 24 hourIf youre looking for a widescreen that can swivel to portrait or landscape, stop looking. This is it. Pros: Stunning IPS panel. My non-IPS laptop looks revolting in comparison now. This monitor has deep blacks and vivid colors. That might not sound important for your workday, but you will really appreciate the difference. The stand is amazing... it can slide up and down to meet your eye level, and it can tilt 180 degrees to become the perfect PDF reader. Cons: No standard HDMI port. Find out what kind of port your computer has and add the appropriate adapter cable to your Amazon order. I spent $6 on a DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable, and everything is gravy now. Spend the extra money and get this monitor. Seriously. Dont settle for a crappy stand.

> 24 hourOverall, a great purchase. I was able to easily project windows 10 to two of them, with no performance issues as has been reported with other monitors, although I have not ever experienced that myself. They are easily rotatable and perfectly fine to play games on. I bought them with the intention of having code displayed on a monitor rotated 90 degrees. They provide enough real estate when rotated to comfortably fit long inline statements, and are not too tall as to make parts of the screen unusable with such an orientation. The monitor has plenty of room to be slid higher, so it should be comfortable for people who are taller. Price was the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

> 24 hourNot the cheapest 24 you can buy. I did some research and came across a few nice reviews which were quite thorough. One in particular from the UK. Quite a thorough review. Well reviewed. What I like about this unit is the matte finish on the screen so reduced glare and the aluminum base styling. Needs to have a HDMI input but this is easily gotten around. Not sure why they provided every input but a HDMI. Now I hope it lasts a long time for the money I paid for it.

> 24 hourSo far so good. I just it hooked up yesterday. The factory settings has the screen way too bright and it had to be turned way down to even come close to my calibrated Sony monitor. I cant comment on the color accuracy until I get it calibrated, but based on a visual comparison w/ my calibrated Sony monitor, Id say it is much too bright and the colors are much too saturated, right out of the box. Works fine for its secondary purpose, which is watching movies from the computer.

> 24 hourOverall I like my monitor. Pros: - I love the ergonomic features. Height, tilt, swivel and pivot! - Text is OK. I code... a lot. Ill be updating later one after a year of use. Caveats: - I liked that it came with a DisplayPort. However I was sad to find out I couldnt use it because my laptop had a mini-displayport instead. My bad. I bought a mini-display port cable (Accell B143B-007J UltraAV Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort 1.2 Cable) and the image quality is a lot better than using the hdmi-dvi cable cable I had. Text is sharper, cleaner. - Still, I think text could look better. I remember reading some reviews here about disabling some image enhancement feature, which I think I already disabled. Ill double-check this and update if I can get the text to look better upon further inspection. - I also bought this monitor to be able to hook up my micro-HDMI windows tablet. For some reason (maybe the cable) the text doesnt looks as good as in my office Dell U2412M. On my office set-up I use and micro-HDMI to HDMI cable. At home, I first tried the HDMI-DVI cable but everything looks fuzzy with that one. I was disappointed I couldnt use a HDMI-to-DVI adapter as the design of the back of the monitor doesnt have enough room. Ill need an HDMI 270 degree angled adapter (which I just bought) to make it work. Im hoping for the best here. Is all of this too much hassle? Its for you to decide. Its all in function of your time and money to make your set-up work for you. Cheers!

> 24 hourIm not gaming, so I cant comment on refresh time (keeps up with Microsoft Office just fine!), but I got what I expected and hoped for: Nice Dell packaging and setup instructions and a monitor that simply worked just fine. My application was to have a larger screen for a family member who requires magnification because of vision limitations. This monitor will be helpful, and I felt the price was good. Its also nice that the monitor can rotate into portrait orientation.
