Solid construction. Fits on narrow beam (1.5 in or more). hangs about 3 in down, so take that into consideration if you have a low ceiling. Overall, very satisfied. I do 2-3 heavy bag workouts each week.

Not much to say, but it i very good and easy to install. It takes the weight of my punching bag. Weighs about 60 pounds.

First time mounting a bag in garage! Wanted something sturdy! Did plenty of online research to see what would work best! Settled on this and man I am beyond excited at what this thing is capable of! Made the project a breeze and I’m waling on a 150lb bag in the garage without anyone saying a thing or waking up in the middle of the night! Awesome! Highly recommend!!!

Whats to write about? Its easy, find the center of your stud and drill a pilot hole 1/2 the diameter. Snug up the bolts, hang your bag (or swing no judgement) per the instructions issued by the manufacturers and go at it.
