I purchased two hangers for my 40lb and 80lb heavy bags. I would definitely recommend. As always more so common since make sure you are attaching this hanger to a supporting beam or brace. The is will prevent possible damage and or injury to self.

Greater than one weekMy wife purchased a heavy back second hand and had no idea how it was supposed to be hung. I searched and quickly found this perfect kit! After hanging under our kitchen, we now have to make sure nothing breakable is on top of the fridge when our 14 yo is taking a break from Xbox and hitting the bag.
