Added a 2x4 to make it across a few beams but the anchor is amazing and pivots with my bag. Makes it fun to be in garage again!

I bought 3 for a 100 lb bag, wrecking ball (60 lbs) , and a tear drop bag (60 lbs). I attached them to 2x10s I screwed into ceiling joists. Seems to have no trouble holding the weight of the bags or the abuse.

Love the mount overall, but the carabiner failed on me and nearly KOd. Very dangerous to have a mount with poor quality hardware like this. Makes me worry about the rest of it.

Whats to write about? Its easy, find the center of your stud and drill a pilot hole 1/2 the diameter. Snug up the bolts, hang your bag (or swing no judgement) per the instructions issued by the manufacturers and go at it.

This bad boy is Quality and it is plenty tough I can’t ever see it failing!

My young son wanted a punching bag (which was inexpensive and easy to find), but the rack to hang the bag was big and very expensive. This bracket was perfect! We currently have a 60# bag hanging from it and it does great.
