Greater than one weekI was actually very impressed with how sturdy this bracket is. I did purchase my own 5/16 x 3” lag screws because I wanted just a little extra support. All in all, I would purchase again.

> 3 dayThis bracket is very secure and holds my 40 pound bag like it was nothing. I hung this in my basement and when the kids pound on it the floor upstairs doesnt shake at all. It was easy to install and the included screws are a good sturdy size. Drill pilot holes first to avoid splitting the wood though. Great product.
