Works great. I screwed it onto the basement beams in no time and used it now for a few months with no problems at all. Screws are think so it takes some effort to screw them in but that’s a good thing since they have to handle a heavy load.

The carabiner wont work for most any size heavy bag. The item is high quality but the one I received third party (not reflected in review) was used scratched dirty and poorly maintained.

Exactly what I was looking for in terms of solid, sturdy metallurgy. Installation was exactly as expected but make sure you know what you’re doing before drilling into a roof or wall, bolting this down, installing. You need to find a beam, avoiding wires and plumbing - and this hardware does not come with instructions. I did not expect them so had no problem. If you expect them? To paraphrase: “Houston, you will have a problem.”
