When the box came its just a cheap carabiner that does NOT open or close because its seized up. Its also not a locking carabiner. If the customer support takes care of anything in this review I will update

> 3 dayExcellent! I hung my 70lb heavy bag and this holds up like a champ! Very simple and easy to install. All you need is a stud finder and a ratchet to tighten up and your golden. Excellent product, highly reccomend.
