> 3 dayThis bracket is very secure and holds my 40 pound bag like it was nothing. I hung this in my basement and when the kids pound on it the floor upstairs doesnt shake at all. It was easy to install and the included screws are a good sturdy size. Drill pilot holes first to avoid splitting the wood though. Great product.

> 3 dayI bought this for my 90lb Meister bag and it was super easy to install with a basic home impact driver. If you don’t have that tool, a socket and ratchet would work just as well. It’s a simple device but does what it’s supposed to and looks good.
