> 3 dayUsed this to hang an 80lb punching bag. Very thick and quality feeling hardware. It has been used for over 3 months now and I dont feel like I have to worry about it. Was drilled onto the edge of a small 2x6. The 2x6 was perpendicular with the balcony crossmembers. Highly recommend!

03-06-2025The carabiner wont work for most any size heavy bag. The item is high quality but the one I received third party (not reflected in review) was used scratched dirty and poorly maintained.

05-06-2025This is an excellent hanger. It was difficult for me to find the bins on my garage roof but once I did, piece of cake. This thing is sturdy and versatile. You need a long chain holder for the heavy bag tho. The bag will be very high even with long ones, but worked perfectly for me.

> 3 dayI dont have a heavy bag, but I dont have space in my garage (due to overhead storage) for a full size Powerlifting Rack/Rig. Opted for a Rogue Monster Lite (which is too short to mount the Spud pulley), so found an unobstructed beam in the garage to mount the pully. If this thing can hold what it says it can (along with trusting the integrity of the bolts), then whatever Im doing for triceps (dont trust for stacked lat pull-downs) should be thoroughly adequate. In order to mount the pulley, I removed the swiveling bracket altogether, so that the Spud straps would lay flush on the smooth plastic insert. Did a few test reps & was VERY smooth/quiet & felt quite sturdy...
