> 24 hourIve been using PCs since the early 1980s and have used previous versions of this product. Im sure youve heard the term if it aint broke dont fix it. Well this version has been fixed... and its one of the clunkiest interfaces Ive ever used. Itll work for what I need but Im very disappointed.

> 24 hourI ordered this directly from the manufacturer hoping that I would have less problems than what I have read in the reviews. It has been a nightmare. Trying to crop a photo is terrible. I cant get the crop to change size and I lose most of what I want to include in the photo. I tried to enlarge the photo and it distorts. It locks up and I have to close it and re-open. This is a terrible product. I am a long time fan of PrintShop, but no longer. This is the most user UNFRIENDLY software I have seen. I requested a refund from the manufacturer.

> 24 hourPrintshop is a great product. Im so in loved with my 23 version but it dont work right with my Windows 7 operating system. It would just print one copy of multiple requested copies so I thought that the Professional would group my 23 projects and work smoothly but it didnt work like that.

> 24 hourI have used PSD for over twenty years. Like most of us we had to update because of Windows. I should have listened to all the reviews I read. It is the worse. I have spent two days trying to figure out out to do something simple everything i found on line did not address what I needed. I am so disappointed it PS. At least if a book came with it. Even tried chat on Encore site. After I typed my question and explained what I was trying to do It then tells me that no one is available. Suggestion DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NOT USER FRIENDLY
