Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

I have used print shop for years, but this new version isnt my favorite. It is harder to use and some features are really frustrating. It will not make horizontal signs no matter what settings I change. I did buy it because of my upgrade to Windows 10 and it is compatible. I wish my old version would have worked on 10.

I bought this directly from Broderbund. In my opinion (and I have used the various versions since the 80s) this is absolutely the most user UNFRIENDLY software I have used in a very long time. I tried for 2 days to create a project (WHEN THE PROGRAM WOULD ACTUALLY OPEN) and all to no avail. I sent it back. this is Nothing like the previous versions. I bought it because the PS 23.1 would not print envelopes once I purchased a new printer. Broderbund tech told me the technology of the printers had surpassed the software and I would need a different program to print envelopes.

Cd won’t install & I downloaded from the internet & it took forever. Not user friendly. I’m sending it back.

Could not uninstall program without having to buy a third party uninstall program. Products are poorly designed and poorly serviced.

Been using Print Shop software since my first computer- Im not sure how you make a program that was previously fantastic in its field so utterly useless, but theyve managed it. Older files that should import do not (I get error message after error message), and you cant create new files for reasons Ive yet to figure out. Ive uninstalled & reinstalled & it simply does not work. Sad day- now Ill have to find another program to make up for this.

Print shop 4 suck! Still cannot load it after serval tries. Tried the code that came with it and it does not recognize it. Not a great beginning, will properly ask for a refund

The only reason I bought this software was because Print Shop 23 wasnt compatible with Windows 10. I was actually excited to use it because I couldnt wait to see all the new features on this professional version. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed. Not only will my old Print Shop documents open, but most of the features are GONE! I cant group objects, there are only a few pictures to choose from and I couldnt create the things I usually create. (Just name a few) The format itself seems very generic. Time to find a completely new program to use. What a waste of money and it wasnt cheap!

Ok, I dont usually write reviews but feel it is needed in this case. Ive been using Print Shop FOREVER, loved it. Use it both for personal and business. The version I was using suddenly stopped working properly (because I have windows 10 although it did work for a long time before stopping). So I purchased 4.0 despite all of the negative reviews. I thought how bad can it be? I even called the company and she reassured me the features were all the same, just needed to get used to the new format. Well, so not true!!! The format is terrible, the features are not even close, it is not user friendly...so frustrating!!! I can usually bust out a project in no time no matter what it is, today, I tried to make a calendar and a sheet with a table in it. Took 1-1/2 hours and still could not complete it the way I wanted to or was able to in the past. You cannot customize the table for the number of rows and columns, have to pick from what is available and that is totally useless! I dont know, I could go on and on about the lack of features and how bad it is.....If by chance the publisher happens to read these reviews, PLEASE go back to the way it was. Im telling you, this stinks!!!!!! Again, I use these programs daily and have for YEARS so its not just my lack of experience causing me to feel this way for this product.

great product. Replaced Print Master and this is more professional, it prints the entire sheet if needed and has many options. I would wish for more control, but I think it will be easy to follow for the novice and yet experienced people will get a good product from it. Works with windows 10. I make my own greeting cards and this works great for that... and some flyers.

Was able to get it installed after several tries was able to register was ask on one occasion for the key have been able to open it and do one small job but now I cannot open it. Have uninstalled and installed it 6 or 8 times to no avail. Not very happy with it.
