Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

The only reason I bought this software was because Print Shop 23 wasnt compatible with Windows 10. I was actually excited to use it because I couldnt wait to see all the new features on this professional version. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed. Not only will my old Print Shop documents open, but most of the features are GONE! I cant group objects, there are only a few pictures to choose from and I couldnt create the things I usually create. (Just name a few) The format itself seems very generic. Time to find a completely new program to use. What a waste of money and it wasnt cheap!

worked for 6 months then crashed, tried to reinstall product and it wont install at all tried all possible fixes with no success stuck with worthless cd, what a ripoff !!!!!!!!! windows 10 pro X64, DONT buy this ripoff....

I bought this directly from Broderbund. In my opinion (and I have used the various versions since the 80s) this is absolutely the most user UNFRIENDLY software I have used in a very long time. I tried for 2 days to create a project (WHEN THE PROGRAM WOULD ACTUALLY OPEN) and all to no avail. I sent it back. this is Nothing like the previous versions. I bought it because the PS 23.1 would not print envelopes once I purchased a new printer. Broderbund tech told me the technology of the printers had surpassed the software and I would need a different program to print envelopes.

Printshop is a great product. Im so in loved with my 23 version but it dont work right with my Windows 7 operating system. It would just print one copy of multiple requested copies so I thought that the Professional would group my 23 projects and work smoothly but it didnt work like that.

Havent got it to work and have had it for a while now. I had a older copy but it wouldnt work with the new 10 that was easier to use. I have never gotten it to print any of my projects.

This program is a nightmare to use. I have used Printshop Deluxe for 20 years or more and recommended to many of my friends.Used it to make a family calendar every year along with our Christmas Cards and any other cards we needed. Everyone loved to receive a card from us as I could customize one of the templates with their picture and name. Over the years when I updated the software there was no learning curve to start using it. With 4. it was difficult to load and the learning curve was more then I want to deal with. Cant understand when a company has a product that works and then they update it to a complicated mess, another MS Vista or original 8. I will be returning this item and hopefully keep my 23.1 to limp along on Windows 10, until I find another program to use. I wouldnt recommend that anyone buy this program.

I liked that Print Shop was easy to install and is easy to use. I use print shop to make greeting cards and create many art projects. The price was right too!
