Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

This item was a total waste of money and time. I loved my Print Shop 23 but it is not compatible with my new computers Windows 7. This Version 4 is NOT COMPATIBLE EITHER. I wont go into my frustration in trying to create an initial project because others have described their awful experiences with PS Professional 4.0. In addition, I cant access any of my PS 23 projects, which number in the hundreds and which were so much fun to create . . . . and which I cant believe are GONE FOREVER. Terrible software - this should be called PS 4.0 BY DUMMIES.

Very user unfriendly. Also hangs up quite often making it necessary to wait several minutes to start working again.

This is the worst printshop in the world!! I had printshop 23 and LOVED it but bought a new computer with windows10 and had to upgrade printshop. This program will ONLY let you do line spacing 1.0 1.5 or 2.0....gone is the ability to totally customize your text! I HATE THIS product!!!

Not only has this program become worse and cheesier over the years by getting rid of favorite tools and adding stupid templets. The customer service is horrid! I paid extra for insurance and 3 extra downloads in case I had issues. So right away I had all the issues you read about in other reviews. The Save to PDF function does not work, it freezes and says there is not enough memory as well as a ton of other issues. So I naturally try uninstalling and re-installing. Guess what? It wont except my product key any more, Guess what I can not get another and I can not use my other paid for downloads. I get error message 404 on their website. No longer available. WTF I have also been emailing their customer support and tech support twice a week for a few months now. NOOOOOOO RESPONSE!!! So many wasted hours on a once favorite product.

There are so many things wrong with this version of Printshop that they shouldnt be selling it. One problem that gives an error and shuts it down demands (after looking it up on the Web site) that you go to AppDataLocal (etc) and delete the file that has just been created there.

I thought this would help me with producing better pics for my family files

Ive been using PCs since the early 1980s and have used previous versions of this product. Im sure youve heard the term if it aint broke dont fix it. Well this version has been fixed... and its one of the clunkiest interfaces Ive ever used. Itll work for what I need but Im very disappointed.

Awesome!!! Took a little bit of time to get used to (Ive been using the last version, so its different, but the more I use it, the better I like it)
