Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

wish it would have added my old printshop so I wouldnt have to keep both on computer.

I had no problems installing, or crashing like others have said !!!

I ordered this directly from the manufacturer hoping that I would have less problems than what I have read in the reviews. It has been a nightmare. Trying to crop a photo is terrible. I cant get the crop to change size and I lose most of what I want to include in the photo. I tried to enlarge the photo and it distorts. It locks up and I have to close it and re-open. This is a terrible product. I am a long time fan of PrintShop, but no longer. This is the most user UNFRIENDLY software I have seen. I requested a refund from the manufacturer.

Im still trying to adjust to this. But it seems ok. I have been using Printshop 23 for many years. This one take some getting used to.

This program is hard to navigate...Takes a long time to figure out what to do with projects. Wont let you load what you want for your projects. Microsoft Print Shop (the older version that doesnt work with Windows 10) was much easier to work with.

I bought this directly from Broderbund. In my opinion (and I have used the various versions since the 80s) this is absolutely the most user UNFRIENDLY software I have used in a very long time. I tried for 2 days to create a project (WHEN THE PROGRAM WOULD ACTUALLY OPEN) and all to no avail. I sent it back. this is Nothing like the previous versions. I bought it because the PS 23.1 would not print envelopes once I purchased a new printer. Broderbund tech told me the technology of the printers had surpassed the software and I would need a different program to print envelopes.

This is a piece of crap! First time I purchased this product. There is no tutorial to learn how to use it. I wished I had read the reviews before buying it. Ill know better next time.

Compared to the previous edition of Print Shop (23) which I used frequently, this has proven to be of no use to me at all.
