Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

Ok, I dont usually write reviews but feel it is needed in this case. Ive been using Print Shop FOREVER, loved it. Use it both for personal and business. The version I was using suddenly stopped working properly (because I have windows 10 although it did work for a long time before stopping). So I purchased 4.0 despite all of the negative reviews. I thought how bad can it be? I even called the company and she reassured me the features were all the same, just needed to get used to the new format. Well, so not true!!! The format is terrible, the features are not even close, it is not user friendly...so frustrating!!! I can usually bust out a project in no time no matter what it is, today, I tried to make a calendar and a sheet with a table in it. Took 1-1/2 hours and still could not complete it the way I wanted to or was able to in the past. You cannot customize the table for the number of rows and columns, have to pick from what is available and that is totally useless! I dont know, I could go on and on about the lack of features and how bad it is.....If by chance the publisher happens to read these reviews, PLEASE go back to the way it was. Im telling you, this stinks!!!!!! Again, I use these programs daily and have for YEARS so its not just my lack of experience causing me to feel this way for this product.

If you own the latest version of the Print Shop, prior to this upgrade, save your money. There is nothing in this product to warrant expending the extra money. Print Shop is a GREAT product, but the 4.0 is a promise unkept.

Was very disappointed that it has no instructions on how to use the program, so how do you use the D...N thing!!!

Ugh. Only get this program if you like wasting money.

This is the worst program I have ever had and I have been using Printshop since the first addition and have loved all of them but his one. It doesnt do near as much as version 23 and 15, very complicated to use and get error messages continually. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Does not work at all like Print Shop 20

Unfortunately, this is not working well at all for me. I cant get fonts to change without causing the program to lock up and start not responding. Tech support couldnt figure it out. I am running Windows 10.

I love printshop professional you can do about anything in this program has great headlines and fonts.

Not as convenient as I expected.

Not only has this program become worse and cheesier over the years by getting rid of favorite tools and adding stupid templets. The customer service is horrid! I paid extra for insurance and 3 extra downloads in case I had issues. So right away I had all the issues you read about in other reviews. The Save to PDF function does not work, it freezes and says there is not enough memory as well as a ton of other issues. So I naturally try uninstalling and re-installing. Guess what? It wont except my product key any more, Guess what I can not get another and I can not use my other paid for downloads. I get error message 404 on their website. No longer available. WTF I have also been emailing their customer support and tech support twice a week for a few months now. NOOOOOOO RESPONSE!!! So many wasted hours on a once favorite product.
