Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

I love printshop professional you can do about anything in this program has great headlines and fonts.

Ugh. Only get this program if you like wasting money.

Been using Print Shop software since my first computer- Im not sure how you make a program that was previously fantastic in its field so utterly useless, but theyve managed it. Older files that should import do not (I get error message after error message), and you cant create new files for reasons Ive yet to figure out. Ive uninstalled & reinstalled & it simply does not work. Sad day- now Ill have to find another program to make up for this.

RECEIVED DVD THIS DATE. HAVE TRIED TO LOAD IT MULTIPLE TIMES, DOES NOT LOAD. TRIED OTHER PROGRAMS TO LOAD AND HAD NO PROBLEM. TRIED THE DOWNLOAD COUPON IN PACKAGE, BUT ENCORE WANTS TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE PROGRAM. THEIR ON SCREEN HELP ACTION DID NOT WORK. SENT INQUIRY TO THEIR TECH SUPPORT BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED REPLY YET. SINCE I HAVE NEVER HAD A DVD PROGRAM FAIL IN THE PAST, AT THIS POINT I AM COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY OF BROADERBUND PRODUCT. IF/WHEN THIS IS RESOLVED, WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW.

Did not work with my computer. Worthless product.

Thankfully I got this for practically nothing through a special Amazon offer. This needs to be upgraded. I used the other print shop for years, but now with Windows 10 they dont work. Too bad Encore doesnt care about their customers feedback. Maybe theyre going out of business. IDK

Got this ver 4 so I would not have to keep reloading ver 23 everytime windows 10 did an update. It is trash it would not print clearly and after much to do with support they said they knew about the problem and did not have a solution or know when they would. A Print shop program that will not print? They said to save everything in a jpeg format (300dpi max) and print from another program. I had to go back to ver 23. It had some wonderful features but they do no good if you cannot print.

Very user unfriendly. Also hangs up quite often making it necessary to wait several minutes to start working again.
