Encore Print Shop Professional 4.0

Waste of money, to upset to discuss details of this product/company just keeps falling lower and lower in there product.

I ordered this directly from the manufacturer hoping that I would have less problems than what I have read in the reviews. It has been a nightmare. Trying to crop a photo is terrible. I cant get the crop to change size and I lose most of what I want to include in the photo. I tried to enlarge the photo and it distorts. It locks up and I have to close it and re-open. This is a terrible product. I am a long time fan of PrintShop, but no longer. This is the most user UNFRIENDLY software I have seen. I requested a refund from the manufacturer.

Its hard to crop and you cant save it

I liked these software programs from this company a lot better when they came all on disc. I never had any problems using it. But now, what a nightmare it is to use this. Ill keep trying to get it to work right, but what a pain in the neck to use. I was expecting to pop the disc in and go, but this is just a hassle to use and will make you wish that you had spent your money on an ACME Home Labotomy Kit instead. Yeah, Ill keep working with it, but Ill be cussing about it and the folks that put it out for a sucker like me to buy. On a positive note, it arrived quickly and was packaged well.

Very user unfriendly. Also hangs up quite often making it necessary to wait several minutes to start working again.

The only reason I bought this software was because Print Shop 23 wasnt compatible with Windows 10. I was actually excited to use it because I couldnt wait to see all the new features on this professional version. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed. Not only will my old Print Shop documents open, but most of the features are GONE! I cant group objects, there are only a few pictures to choose from and I couldnt create the things I usually create. (Just name a few) The format itself seems very generic. Time to find a completely new program to use. What a waste of money and it wasnt cheap!

This was described as working on Window 10 but it does NOT. Save your time & money! No tech support! If I could give it a zero I would!
