> 3 dayThis stuff is awesome, works great and you can use multiple times. Best rust remover I have found yet. Pour into a jar and place item in to set. Comes out rust free. I cleaned up hundreds of socket and wrenched that look horrible. Came out looking new again.

> 3 dayI found an old bag of tools in a boat that I bought and they were all rusted. Before throwing them away I decided to see if they could be cleaned. I let them soak over night in evapo-rust and wow, I’m impressed. I was going to throw away the screw driver pictures but decided to let it soak part way to see how much of a difference it made. Now I have hundreds of dollars of usable good tools. I’m so glad I tried evapo-rust before tossing these tools.

> 3 dayWorks better than expected, rust just comes right off and leaves a good finish. I saw it used so many times on the rebuild videos I just had to see if it actually is as good as it looks and it is. It does work slowly and soak time can take a really long time but its worth it. You will also need a lot of it as if you soak something that is not submerged it will leave an etch line. I did some really rusty and corroded calipers that cleaned up inside and out.

> 3 dayI allowed a classic item to get significant rust on it; my stupidity. Did not change out my desiccant material in my safe where I kept my Luger P08 pistol and it got rusty; so bad the mag release did not work and safety was stuck. Used the Evapo-Rust on it and it worked great. Took the pistol apart and let all the pieces soak for about 24 hours. Put it back together and everything functioned correctly. I highly recommend this product.

Greater than one weekOMG!! Like magic!! This chain was rust covered, some of it badly. I was using it as a cross member to support down chains to a swing seat!! Im in Myrtle Beach, tons of rain, salty air, and humidity!! Now, the chain is as good as new!! And now I will use a rust inhibitor and protecting lubricant to coat the chain, as I ought to have done immediately. Live and learn!! I put the chain in a 5 gallon bucket, and dumped the whole gallon of Evapo-Rust in. I know the instructions said wrap in paper towel, ah, yeah, right!!! No need. Worked like a charm. I would absolutely buy again…. Except I dont need to, because it says it can be reused again and again until the effectiveness diminishes. So, after this chain, i then sank the rusted down chains into the same bucket and writing this review as i wait for the magic to happen!!! And yes, wear gloves and eye protection!! Powerful stuff!!

Greater than one weekI found it does convert rust into a protective coating, sometimes with a small bit of scrubbing and several long soaks.. It washes off easily with water, but it is best used for dipping. Nothing has been returned to shiny metal, but maybe I have to do more testing. I am trying now to use it by applying dipped paper towels for objects which cannot be dipped as they suggest. It is reusable.

> 3 dayThis is hands down the best rust remover there is , no messy gels like others and it doesnt harm other components, I needed this to clean out a atv gas tank and it removed the rust so quick I could literally get back to riding within a few hours. Also this can be reused alot of times ... all you have to do is strain it to get the rust out of the solution and your good.
