> 3 dayGreat so far but the large is really LARGE. We have a 10 month old Leo an he could easily fit in one half this size. It fits the tank OK so Im keeping it. Only had for a couple weeks so far but it seems much better made than the Zoo Med one, I went though 3 of those with the tops and bottoms cracking. Even towards the cool side of the tank they would eventually crack. * 2 Month update - Still holding up well, one minor annoyance is that there are two small holes in the bottom so if youre using it as a moist hide, some water will leak out if you add it directly to the substrate. I just filled the holes and all is well. Still sticking with my 5 star review.

Greater than one weekI use mine as both wet and dry hide dependant on shedding. The leopard geckos love them and it simulates their natural behavior as most of their thermo regulation comes from laying on warm rock. (dont use heat rocks though, they can burn). Doesnt hurt that it looks nice, is easy to clean, and is made from quality materials. Absolutely recommend. Edit: I ordered a third one and it took 1.5 months to ship and came dirty and damaged. Took off a star for that. Im getting a replacement as I do still recommend this product.

19-11-2024My medium Exo Terra Gecko Cave came in yesterday. I washed it and placed it into my leopard geckos tank and thats all she wrote! My adult leopard gecko has enjoyed this hide greatly since. Shes a normal, average sized leopard gecko so the medium cave is just fine for her. The opening of the cave could stand to be a little bigger but nonetheless it is well built and sturdy. I made this a humid hide for her as I was using a homemade tupperware one she rarely used. I wanted something that would help her shed better and that she would hopefully use often. The photos speak for themselves!! Great product.

Greater than one weekI have 4 leopard geckos living with me (3 of my own and a foster) and I have tried basically every kind of hide/cave out there. All 4 of them absolutely love these caves, I couldnt get the two oldest ones to use any other kind of moist hide but they popped right in to these. Toss in a little wet eco earth and theyre just happy as clams - my youngest one loves to dig in his.

> 3 dayAwesome cave hide for medium lizards and small snakes. My gecko didnt appreciate it so much as a moist hide, but when I passed it along to my young ball python, he basically lived in it (until he outgrew it, and the poor guy is still not happy that I had to take his cave). Its got a couple holes in it from packaging, but its no big deal. The hide is still very dark, and those holes can easily be covered if its an issue. Overall, its sturdy and well-made, and the right reptile will thoroughly enjoy it.

> 3 dayI got the small version for my Kenyan sand boa and it is perfect. She is a baby so its a good size for her for now. Looks great, if I ever need a humid hide this size again I will be ordering another!

Greater than one weekMy baby loves this! Shes 4 years old and 76 grams. When it came in the mail, the opening looked too small, but she fits in it perfectly and we use it as her moist hide. She loves sleeping in it and has been in it the last two days. Shell go from there to her warm hide, but she likes this cave when shes shedding. I ordered this medium for $10! You really cant go wrong!
