FakeTV FTV-11 Extra Bright Burglar Deterrent Television Simulator

Wonderful gizmo. I set it up on top of the TV, and then drew the sheer curtains. From the outside, it really does look like there is a TV on. So, I set it when we go away for a few hours at night, .... or longer. LOL

Does What is says it will. Very pleased with the product.

A very impressive TV simulator, except for the lack of sound. The way this thing blinks and how it includes brightness fading, gradually, really mimics a TV better than the competition, which I also own. I recommend pairing one of these with a Knox Gear Burglar Deterrent TV Simulater with Sound, since that gets you TV sound to go with this FakeTVs amazing TV light simulation. If you pair them, you will need a microSD card and a recording of a few hours of TV sound, which you can find on youtube via peoples old VHS tapes, and then convert the youtube video into an mp3 using one of those youtube to mp3 converter websites. In the end you get a TV effect so believable you can fool yourself.

Works just as promised and looks like television is really on from outside at night.

Tried using it a few times(then put it away) and it works great. As it is an early X-Mas gift purchase I can not judge it further.

This is a great product.

This is a 2 3/4 x 3 product. Not sure how effective it can emulate a large screen tv. The alternating lights are, however, very realistic.
