This is a wonderfully touching movie about love and loyalty and friendship. I loved every moment of it and look forward to watching it again and again. Cant go wrong with this one!!!!

Jessica Tandy acting is fantastic. Other actors also gave great performance. Also shows what happens to small train stop towns when trains get used less.

Length of time from watch to finish. I sometimes like to stop movie and watch it the next day and the day after

I have given this movie many times as gift ( you only gift movies you love to friends) this movie is a classic - I lived in the South and loved the culture, the people and the food - if you want to sit back and watch a remarkable movie - choose this one - the lives of women you cant help but admire. You actually believe you are right there with them -going thru all the emotions - the joy and the heartache. Youll simply love it.
