no better movie than this

I watched this movie years ago. When my family and I came across it recently we decided to watch it again. It was delightful. Warning - there is profanity in the movie, you may think it improper for young ears.

This movie is the most amazing movie there is. It worked really good. and I have had no problems with it. :) Great buy

Amazing film, very good quality, now I have it, I will be watching it often. Also I really had a good time with a friend, and she was watching it for the first time, and really enjoyed it, also a emotionally charged amazing story!

Another film I love. Very sad with funny bits too. Gives insight of what America was like in the 20s/30s to black women.

This is a movie that is well done. I like how it goes back into the past and let us remember the strong and sometimes ugly periods of acceptable behavior. The social aspects depict a time of life which seems so simple, a time of sadness yet triumph. The story line depicts strong friendships and moral fiber. I have watched this movie at least 30xs on vhf and now Im thrilled to have it on a disc. Great movie to own and treasure. I am lookinf forward to a new and improved copy when printed.
