I love that movie

This movie is a bit slow and dated now with not much going on. Would not be happy to recommend as a good movie night viewing.

I was completely disappointed! The DVD was completely blank.

Die Geschichte ist spannend erzaehlt und das Hin- und Herspringen zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart keineswegs laestig, sondern amuesant und halt den Zuschauer auf Spannung und beim Film. Die Schauspieler sind ausnahmslos grossartig!

t has love, comedy, sadness, all in one movie. This truly a movie with it all.

Not bad. The chick loved it. Then we had to go to the actually restaurant. Pretty good food too.

Loved the movie and the book

One of the finest movies made that year. The nature of the relationship between the ladies running the cafe was considerably watered down from the book but the movie stands very nicely on its own.

Collectors editions can be a bit of a scam, a few tacky bells and whistles to make you think youre getting something cool. But Fried Green Tomatoes collectors edition was beyond my wildest dreams. Dont even think of buying the standard version if you can get this one. The making of it is a full-length documentary in its own right, and dispenses star interviews intermingled with unusual gossip and tidbits for fans... like why did Mary Stuart Masterton *really* do her own bee stunt! (The stunt double panicked and refused.)
