Fried Green Tomatoes

I brought this movie to watch for a class assignment. I have to say now, it is one of my favorite movies. I am a movie addict and I get super emotional. This movie made me cry within 20 minutes. I wont spoil it for you but this movie is a must watch.

To me, already a classic.

I love this movie, its makes me sad, happy and I must admit sometimes I cry (even though Ive watched it a billion times). We are originally introduced to Mrs Couch and her disinterested Husband lost in an old abondoned town and you then meet Mrs Threadgood who starts to tell Mrs Couch about her old town (the one from earlier) Mrs Couch makes disinterested noises but is sucked in at the mention of murder.

This is one of the few movies I anticipate watching more than once or twice. Loved the story and the setting. A classic.All of the acting was great.

A story of friendship and love, and how they can both intertwin. Mary Stuart Masterson (Somekind of wonderful) and Mary louise-Parker (Boys on the side) Displaying fabulous performances along with Jessica Tandy (Driving miss Daisy) and Cathy Bates (Misery). The whole story surrounding a relationship that can not be defined. My Favourite film ever! However i think some people are wrong with one aspect surrounding Ninny and Idgie. That they are one and the same! Best Quote- Face it girls.... Im older and have more insurance

This may be the chick flick of the century - that and Beaches. A fantastic chorus of actors and especially actresses. Sally Fields graveyard scene stole the show - why she didnt win Best Actress that year Ill never know. Great snippits of conversations will live forever among the zillions of women who saw this movie - like bleedin armadillo grooms cake and God dont care what church you go to, as long as you show up and pink is my signature color. Oh yeah - the altar looked like it had been hosed down in Pepto Bismol.
