Works great sometimes and not so great other times. I use Alexa with this plug and sometimes it turns the stuff on when I tell it to, other times I have to repeat myself several times to get results. But worth the money, do have 4 different items connected to it.

I really liked this product....when it worked. Easy to use and set up (we use Google Home), functions great. We experienced a power outage over a month ago and the outlet would not reconnect to WiFi. It kept showing as offline or network malfunction. It would not reset itself when I held the button down for 3-5 seconds. Just the green surge light stayed on. We were within the return date so I assumed it was a lemon, and had a new one sent to us. Worked great, just as easy before with the new one. Then, again, after a power outage the SAME thing happened with the second outlet. Tried everything to reset, but still not functioning. There’s no information about this online or help. Company is not helpful. And we are now past our return date. The device is allegedly surge protected but apparently after a surge/outage it’s basically useless and the outlets don’t even turn on. Really disappointed because of how easy to use this outlet was...until it doesn’t work.

This product came trashed. There is no way that the product I received wasnt used or refurbished despite it being sold as new. There is some obvious signs of wear on both the box and inside components. But NEED outweighs the cons for me at the moment. So Im stuck with it. If I had another option I would. Easy to install and app is fairly straightforward to connect. Some of the prong holes are a little tough to plug things into, but as I only needed it for 3 items I simply used the other outlets. Wi-Fi signal is good.

I love being able to control all my devices. But the price is starting to get a bit to high.

Im a new home owner and I work 12 hour shifts. When I go to work, the house is dark, and Im using my phones light to search for the living room light; same for when I come home. Ive heard about hubs that turn on your lights with timers but I needed more than one plug. During my daily Amazon search, I found Geeni and the features I was looking for and its Alexa friendly! The setup is easy and the Alexa integration was simple. Ive tested out the timers and now when I wake up and head out to the living for work Im not stumbling around in the dark cause the lights are already on, same for when I come home from work. And Im not worried about forgetting to turn off the lights when Im ready for bed, whether I say good night Alexa or use the app or timer to shut off the lights it responds. Im very satisfied with the product and I highly recommend.

It‘s suppose to be new but it looks used with a little wear. We’ll see if it works or if I have to send it back.

So easy and it saves money on our electric bill

I have a Mixer, Computer Monitor, Active Speakers, Chromecast, HDMI Audio Splitter and Desk Lamp all plugged into and individually controllable through this ONE surge protector. Each outlet being a smart plug makes the utility of this surge protector multiply tenfold especially if you have an entertainment center and are looking to, for example, power on your mixer before powering on your speakers so there isnt a POP over the speakers. I have connected this to both Amazons Echo and Google Assistant and it works like a charm. Easy to reset as well if ever the smart assistants lose connection.

We LOVE this power strip. No more bending or contorting our bodies to fit under furniture in order to turn this power source off. We use Wi-Fi signal to operate it and it’s wonderful. I highly suggest this for the use with fishtanks, so you can hide the power cord underneath the tank and not have to worry about easy access later. Also, I’ll be buying more to use during Christmas, so that I can control my lights through my phone with the Wi-Fi feature. Highly recommended for those Who want the convenience of the control in your hands at all times.

This was very easy to set up and use. Great idea.
