No wire comes, even it says as set, have to go home depot buy the wire. They should not misleading on the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. People can able buy the wire and the beams at the same time and receive the same time

As with another reviewer, Hurricane Sandy brought flood water into my garage shorting out the OEM sensors. Was easy to install these as replacements. Worked with no trouble.

My old Genie Intellelink garage door sensors had an issue. Every day, ~ 10:00 AM the sun was in the right spot and it would interrupt the signal from the sensors and you couldnt close the door. I tried flipping sides and it didnt help. These sensors dont seem to have that issue, even on my double-wide garage door. Install was a snap and they were a direct replacement. Very satisfied.

They work just fine. Much better design that the originals that came with my 2001 model Genie garage door opener.
