> 3 dayI prefer the overall design change here from the older square style - easier to avoid running into day to day. I also very much like the much brighter lights on these new fixtures. It is much easier to insure alignment even on a bright sunny day with the door up. My originals had stopped working periodically requiring realignment. These installed in ten minutes and not a hiccup since.

> 3 dayNo wire comes, even it says as set, have to go home depot buy the wire. They should not misleading on the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. People can able buy the wire and the beams at the same time and receive the same time

> 3 dayMy old sensors were very sensitive to the sunlight but these have worked every time. The mounting is superior as well; much more sturdy. Great replacement.

Greater than one weekworked as advertized! I was skeptical about them working with a 15 year old genie system but they worked fine

> 3 dayThe senors were the answer to my problem. To those homeowners having issues with there garage door not working in the sunlight. Let me suggest looking st the sensors. I had older ones and then bought these and moved them back away from so that the direct sunlight didn’t cross over them. This was the cure. I very pleased with the results and the vendor was great.

> 3 dayIm old, I have arthritis, and until a couple of years ago I didnt know how to work an electric drill. But my garage door sensors (circa 1993) went out last week, and I do not have it in the budget for an entirely new garage door opener. I first ordered an off-brand that arrived without instructions or screws, including the terminal screws, so it was unusable. I was not impressed with that sellers response, so I decided to stop with the off-brands and buy Genie. In 20 minutes, Id snipped the wires for my old sensors and removed them, twisted together a black and red wire to attach to one terminal screw on the sending unit together with a white wire on the other terminal, attached the red and white wires on the receiving units separate terminal screws, and mounted both. Boom, my garage door is in business again and I didnt even break a nail.
