> 24 hourThis computer is a real disappointment! I returned it the same day. It shutdown itself without any warning. the images are dull, is not bright at all. Its a waste of money. I returned it since 5 days and till now no acknowledge receipt, no response while they already took the money from my account.

> 24 hourI strongly urge no one to purchase this product after 45 days after purchase there was a technical issue with the computer and no warranty so I had to pay HP over 45$ to fix something that was not my fault.Sad for Amazon to allow this to happen.

> 24 hourI bought this laptop and it came in with a hardware defect that resulted in freezing and crashing. I spoke to Mastertronics and then when their suggestions didnt work I received assistance from HP support. HP support figured out there was a hardware problem that was not fixable by me and said I should return the laptop for a full refund. I returned it a week after receiving the laptop and Mastertronics charged me a $90 restocking fee and so I was $90 short for my refund. HP support was awesome so I will stick with HP, but I will NEVER use Mastertronics again. That was $90 I couldve put towards a laptop that actually worked. I would advise going through a different retailer.

> 24 hourAbsolutely terrible display. Screen looked faded and while testing Youtube videos would randomly glitch and stutter. Automatic turnoff and return

> 24 hourWorks great, very quick. But keyboard is unlit which is not prefered but OK. The problem is it is silver with seemingly dark silver letters that are barely readable in good lighting and almost impossible otherwise. Also the fan exhaust is at the bottom of the screen and the noise is directed right at you.

> 24 hourI will never buy another HP product after the way they handled a defect. I bought the computer for my 6th grader for virtual school. We had problem after problem with it. It finally quit connecting to the internet altogether. The error message clearly stated it is hardware or driver issues. We are still under the one year warranty. After speaking to tech support for over 30 minutes they refuse to honor the warranty and kept saying it was a virus. Clearly not a virus and is a lemon. They want me to pay to have it repaired. Will not happen. I’ve now purchased an Apple MacBook and have had no issues. I highly recommend you don’t waste your money on an HP.
