> 24 hourThe computer was defective, it went blank several times during the initial set up process. Return the computer, and they charge you 25%!!! Its a scam. dont ever buy this product online with AMZ.

> 24 hourI received this laptop and probably would have liked it if the cord included wasnt defective. I tried another HP cord (that belonged to someone else) in the laptop and was able to see that the laptop was charging. But the cord included in the box wouldnt charge the laptop at all. So I had to return this product because I wasnt going to keep the laptop and have to purchase a power cord too!!!

> 24 hourI bought this for my daughter for virtual schooling-we already have a MacBook for my other child. We bought it because buying another MacBook was expensive so we went with the cheapest price. BIG MISTAKE. I really wish I could go back in time and just spend the money. This computer has had so many problems and glitches. It started making this weird notification noise every 5 seconds-even the kids in my daughters class can hear it. We don’t know where it came from. The bar at the bottom somehow is at the top? The quality of the screen is crap. Just spend the money on a MacBook-trust me. It’s expensive for a reason-we’ve had no problems with it AT ALL and we’ve had it 6 months longer. This thing is cheap for a reason-you get what you pay for.

> 24 hourI did notice the poor screen quality and didnt care about the lack of an ethernet port until, of course, the wi-fi would not work. Suddenly, the Wi-Fi stopped working or detecting any networks. I spent hours and hours trying to repair this little useless laptop, finally hooking it up to a router(after purchasing an adapter as it has no port) seemed to establish new network adapter drivers, only to have the same thing happen again and this time, was not able to resolve it again. No way to download or try to update or fix it online without hooking up directly to the router and then it corrupted a second time, and unsolvable.

> 24 hourUnfortunately, like another reviewer my laptop also has a wifi adapter problem. I spent 1/2 a day with HP trying to troubleshoot and eventually had to wipe the computer and restore to manufacturer settings. That worked for about 8 hours and again the adapter was disabled or corrupted. I was able to find a USB to Ethernet converter so I can connect to the internet - but that then interferes with the reaction time of my wireless mouse and keyboard....plus connecting to the ethernet with a really long chord when working from home is very inconvenient when, you know, I bought a laptop for its portability.

> 24 hourBroke after a little over a year. No support from HP. I was told repair would start at $350 without shipping or parts.
