Greater than one weekI couldnt get it open because I didnt follow instructions. I returned it in order to get a different one. Also, didnt want a touch screen; I wanted to use a mouse.

> 3 dayThis was a pretty good laptop for the price. The worst thing about it is the silver keys with letters marked in black, those are really hard to see from any angle but straight up. The function keys are extremely difficult to read. Thats probably just a poor color choice on my part. It also runs a little hot, that can be a real problem over any fairly long period of time. Its a good backup to have if you make the mistake of buying a Lenovo.

> 3 daySadly, the performance of this HP Laptop is very disappointing. Battery life very short, blackened screen, poor audio and dull camera

> 3 dayUpdate 2020-07-30: This computer features two USB 3 ports on the left hand side. When a Logitech mouse and a Toshiba disk drive are connected to these ports at the same time, one of them becomes intermittent. Usually its the mouse, but today it was the disk drive. At this time the computer is plugged in and charging. I cannot recommend this computer for any application.

Greater than one weekGreat computer and for the price point an excellent buy. I’ve owned the same laptop for 9 years and was reluctant to stray away from the “brand” I had but HP makes a great laptop
