Greater than one weekKeyboard’s symbols are hard to see because they are very small and blend into the silver keys. For example, hard to discern between a comma and a period.

> 3 dayFor a mid-priced laptop this thing falls short. Why did they make the letters on the keyboard so lite? Theyre really hard to read unless the light is perfect and I have to constantly face the screen down just to illuminate them. No Ethernet port so an adapter is necessary which uses up one of the only two usb ports.

> 3 dayI must say, I was very skeptical, buying this laptop, after reading the reviews. I needed a laptop for college, and looked all over amazon trying to find one. Despite the bad reviews, I bought this.. Its very good. My daughters school sent her a HP probook, and this HP laptop is just as good as hers. The only thing, that other reviews said, is then fan is a little noisy, but not to bad. Other than that, this was a great purchase. Thank you.

> 3 daySo far so good. Does what it needs to do, very lightweight and stylish. Fast speed. Only complaint is sometimes the fan is loud but not often. Overall pretty good.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop to be solely used as a WFH machine and so far it has not disappointed. Price was a major consideration in my purchase and at $575 I believe you get a lot of value for the buck. This machine is a work horse and the performance is very fast and stable. The keyboard and trackpad are surprisingly decent to use (keyboard not backlit). If speakers are a consideration in your purchase the speakers on this laptop are actually pretty good and the volume is quite loud without getting tinny. Ive read some complaints on the noise of the fan but honestly I think the noise is very low and it runs constantly while Im working and it hasnt bothered me at all. I usually have the laptop plugged in during work so I dont know how long the battery lasts during heavy use. However, the battery seems to drain 10-15% every night while in sleep mode which seems excessive. The only knock I have against the laptop is the display color is not as vibrant as I would like. Its a bit washed out. Its perfectly fine for use with all of my work apps but would be annoying if I was doing a lot of video streaming. Overall, this is a great machine and checks all the boxes I needed for a reliable laptop for work.
