Infant Optics DXR-8 PRO Video Baby Monitor, 720P HD Resolution 5 Display, Patent-Pending A.N.R. (Active Noise Reduction), Pan Tilt Zoom, and Optical Zoom Lens

We switched up brands (previously had top rated Samsung for first child) and we’ve been very happy with night vision, noise se Siri it’s, screen size and range. HOWEVER what compelled me to write was the exceptional customer service I received when we had a fluke issue recently; responses to troubleshoot were within the hour, even outside business hours, and the team went above and beyond to give clear guidance to troubleshoot issue and ultimately erred on side of giving us replacement items so we wouldn’t be without a monitor. I’m floored at how responsive they were (we were even slightly outside the warranty!). If only this type of service was more common with tech investments!

We have two cameras and it has great picture and range! Good for multiple kids too if you need more than one camera but only want one monitor.

This is by far the BEST baby monitor we’ve used. The picture is so clear, and it isn’t automatically zoomed in close where it’s hard to position it correctly (our Motorola one did this and it was so frustrating). The two-way speaker is pretty instant and the sound is clear without static or pause. We love it!!!

Purchased this unit last year as a replacement monitor for our second son. We were really impressed with the picture quality and ease of use. We did have an issue with battery life, as the unit would die after approx 8h of use with the screen off. We reached out to customer support about a new battery. They responded within a few hours and sent the new battery out under warranty. Less than 24 hours after our initial inquiry, the battery showed up. Much better quality and now shows 25-50% charge remaining after a night of idle use. Would absolutely recommend this product.
