> 24 hourBroke in less than two weeks. Want a new probe while under warranty? You only have to wait over a week for them to mail it so u may as well just go and buy yourself another heater right? Noooo it’s totally fine for your aquarium to fluctuate drastically in temperature!!! Don’t even worry about it!!! I’m Not wasting any more of my time explaining why this is a trashy company. Buy the product and find out yourself!!

> 24 hourI’m constantly worried about my office fish tank, so I got this. Perfect temp! Pinky the fish gives it two fins up.

> 24 hourI’ve always been a fan of the Inkbrid brand when it comes to temperature controllers. They’re very reliable, well made and I like their simple design. Easy to operate and awesome features (day and night differential) and this one comes with a waterproof temperature probe! This one is an all-heat controller so don’t expect this one to cool things off for you!

> 24 hourEasy to setup and very accurate. Literally 0.3 degrees Fahrenheit difference from digital thermometer I have. Not sure which one is exactly, but close enough for aquarium.

> 24 hourThese give me so much peace of mind, because I was so worried that the heaters in my aquariums would malfunction and basically boil my fish (it happens) or that theyd get cold and sick over the winter months. I accidentally purchased the wrong ones with the metal tips (these would be best used for beer-making or other such purposes). I returned those to purchase these, and theyre just what I need! They are very sensitive to the tank water temperature, and keep the heater on only as needed to maintain the acceptable temperature range I selected in my settings. Be warned that the instructions are terrible. The different settings and their corresponding display on the unit is poorly explained by someone who is clearly very familiar with the equipment but cannot teach. The display looks so analog and its a frustrating trying to determine what the settings are for and how they work. Additionally frustrating is the fact that the settings do not save until you hold the button (the same one you hold to go into the settings mode), but it simply drops back into working mode if you pause for mere seconds to try to understand which setting the display is allowing you to adjust. So while you move along through the settings, adjusting the first, then the second, if you get to the third and it takes you a couple of seconds to either understand or decide, you will be booted out of the settings mode with none of your previous decisions saved. This really needs to be changed by the manufacturers. I think Ive gotten these figured out, and I am getting a fourth after having already purchased 3 of these. They come with one suction cup threaded over the thermostat element wire. You will want to have more suction cups on hand to secure this, as the coated wire holds the wrapped shape its shipped in and doesnt just straighten out when unwrapped.

> 24 hourI’m on my third unit now (for 3 tanks) and I couldn’t be happier. Great price, great features, can control up to 2 heaters in one tank. So much more accurate than the built-on dial of any aquarium heater. I wouldn’t run an aquarium without it. I’ve had some issues with the suction cup but eventually I’ve been able to get it to stick.

> 24 hourYou have to set it a couple degrees warmer then what you want to maintain your desired temperature.

> 24 hourFirst take a glass of water and mostly ice and calibrate the thermometer by swirlingthe probe in the water until it stops. Once it stops THAT number is freezing. It was two degrees HIGH on mine so had to adjust the temps to compensate. Once you do that everything is just following the instructions.
