> 3 dayI had to look up the manual for this product online in order to properly figure out how to set the temp. The little pamphlet that comes with it isnt as helpful as the actual online manual. But once I got it up and running, no complaints!

> 3 dayThis item is well made. It gives you peace of mind that your aquarium will always be within 1 degree F (minimum) of what you need it to be before turning your heater on. Once it reaches your set temp, it cuts power to the receptacles. One issue - if your probe falls out of the water, your heater will remain on and never cut off because the controller thinks the water is too cold. Luckily, I caught mine at 82 degrees (set to 75). The user interface could be a bit more simple. Overall, its extremely worth it for aquarists.

> 3 dayI’ve only had the product a few days so I’ll edit if anything changes, but so far so good. I have a second thermometer in the tank and they are on point with each other. My heater hadn’t gotten warm enough to invoke the shut off feature yet (my heater drama is for another day....) so no comment on that. I found it super easy to set up, the instructions have a flow chart that is easy to follow, I didn’t need any additional help from the internet.

> 3 dayBroke in less than two weeks. Want a new probe while under warranty? You only have to wait over a week for them to mail it so u may as well just go and buy yourself another heater right? Noooo it’s totally fine for your aquarium to fluctuate drastically in temperature!!! Don’t even worry about it!!! I’m Not wasting any more of my time explaining why this is a trashy company. Buy the product and find out yourself!!

> 3 dayIt won’t let me set the night timer or the night heat, instructions aren’t very clear which makes the set up process harder and it didn’t help that I couldn’t set up the night temp. Disappointed

> 3 dayUsed a little more than a month. Took a little reading to understand and I watched a YouTube video to make sure I did everything right and so far so good. Power went out and it came back on without needing to re-set it.

> 3 dayFirst take a glass of water and mostly ice and calibrate the thermometer by swirlingthe probe in the water until it stops. Once it stops THAT number is freezing. It was two degrees HIGH on mine so had to adjust the temps to compensate. Once you do that everything is just following the instructions.
