> 3 dayExcellent addition to any aquarium. Especially for multiple heater systems. I set both heaters to 5 degrees over desired temp. Controller maintains within 1 degree, normally withing 0.5 degrees of desired temp. Super easy to read LED display. Easy set at F or C readings. I have mine mounted to the wall beside the tank so I can track temps at a glance.

> 3 dayBought this one to replace a previous model which failed when used in a saltwater aquarium. This one works well so far for the past couple of months. Setup was pretty easy but I do check the accuracy from time to time with another thermometer just because of the failure in the previous model.

> 3 dayI have this set up with an immersion heater for a test setup in my lab. I needed a quick and cheap way to control a water reservoir temperature, and the immersion heater didnt have temp control. The Inkbird is easy to use, settings are relatively straightforward if you follow the instructions. Its good enough to keep my reservoir within 2deg Fahrenheit of the target temp and also provides a safe way to leave it unattended. I calibrated the Inkbird with a thermistor I had, as it arrived about 3deg F off.

> 3 dayA faulty water heater is probably the biggest malfunction threat to the fish. This controller not only provides a high degree of accuracy to the water temperature, it acts as a fail safe against heater failure. It makes the whole price a bit more expensive, but well worth it for much better than average temp adjustment and peace of mind. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayHooked up 2 heaters for our 155 gallon tank. Seems to work perfect. UPDATE: After 2 years and 3 months, the calibration keeps changing. The first thing I noticed was the water felt cold when feeding the fish. I used 2 glass thermometers and found the calibration was off -15F. I had to set it to -15F to read the write temp. Then it changed to -13, than -15... I am currently looking for a new one.

> 3 dayAfter constantly reading about peoples tank heaters malfunctioning and all of their fish cooking, I read a ton about how important it is to own one of these. So I got it, and Ive had peace of mind about my fish ever since. I thought it was really easy to set up (had to read the instructions a few times because the first and second time it didnt totally make sense) but once you get the gist of what is what, it is easy to set up. The temperature reading on it is always within 1 degree of my digital thermometer I keep in my tank - so Im not sure which is more accurate and which is the one that is slightly off. Either way it is accurate enough to protect my fish from being cooked if my heater decides to malfunction. It is worth every penny to have that peace of mind. Highly recommend to my fellow fish/shrimp/snail owners

> 3 daySo far Ive used this in my 75g aquarium for about a month. This controler is pretty simple to set up and has worked great in the Fahrenheit setting. This one seems to be the best version for aquariums and seems to have a sealed probe. The only downside Ive found is when using this in the Celsius setting, the temperature never got up to where I wanted it and had a large temperature range, causing major water temperature swings. I have since switched over to Fahrenheit and has worked perfectly within 1 degree. I have just purchased a second one for a nano tank and will update my review if any unreasonable malfunctions happen.
