> 3 day“I was recommended this temperature controller by a friend, as I had a previous terrible experience with a heater which overheated and caused me to lose a Betta and some other small fish. This amazing device is easy to use and very reliable. It monitors the temperature in my tank and controls how hot the heater gets , and shuts off at the desired point. I now have peace of mind that even if the heater overheats this will shut it down and save my fish. I’m so happy with the Inkbird controller, that I will beordering more for my other tanks, as well. It is easy to use and accurate and make me feel safe. As recommending this to friends. Lastly, I love how user friendly the instructions were and how easy it was to set up.”

> 3 daySo far so good. Once I figured out how to read the characters on the screen I understood the setup completely. I really like the unit. I use it to control my aquarium heater. Seems solid and well-made.

23-11-2024I like everything like birds and colors and food and sometimes people and laughter and exploring and innovating and designing and mitigating and prototyping and if youre still reading you may just be your due diligence on a level above your average mo-fo, just saying, you earned it..

Greater than one weekPros: Day/night temperature cycle feature of the 306T. Adjustable hysteresis, with separate values for day/night cycle (I have the day set to 2 degree sensitivity, and the night to 1 degree). I like the separate display for current temp (PV = process value) and for set temperature (SV = set value). Cons: Slight buzzing noise at all times which correlates with how many segments are currently illuminated on the LED display -- it is definitely not relay noise, as it remains the same with the load on/off. Strange temperature reading behavior -- it seems to lag behind actual temperature, meaning several minutes can pass without any change in temp readout, then over the course of 10 seconds the temperature readout will increase/decrease by several tenths. Still, on a long-term average it keeps very accurate temps. The instructions can be hard to follow but just stick with the programming flowchart. Overall, given the cost, I am satisfied and I hope it will last a long time and remain accurate. If it blows up, Ill come back and revise my review.

> 3 daySuper accurate, easy to use, can’t beat the price. A must have, or you risk cooking your fish if a heater fails. This is a smart safety backup.

> 3 dayI’m been using this inkbird heater controller for over 6 months now and I would have to say it’s been excellent. The setup was easy and definitely worth the money. I wouldn’t run a aquarium without one. Great value for your money.

20-11-2024It won’t let me set the night timer or the night heat, instructions aren’t very clear which makes the set up process harder and it didn’t help that I couldn’t set up the night temp. Disappointed
