InSinkErator Garbage Disposal with Power Cord, Badger 5, Standard Series, 1/2 HP Continuous Feed, Black

I replaced a smaller badger with this one and the difference is notable. It devours apple peels and all sorts of food matter. I love it.

Average, at best. Certainly not as sturdy as my old WasteKing. Decent disposal for the price (which seems to fluctuate everyday on Amazon).

Easy to install and it works!

Hums sweetly, like a well oiled mill while it erases food scraps (and the occasional hapless roach) from this earthly plain. Perfect size and strength for a non-industrial kitchen. Easy, almost plug-and-play instillation. Ive had it in and running for several weeks and its a gem.

Insinkerator brand is pretty much an industry standard. Easy to install, quiet enough, likely to last a long time.

really liked the fact that I could just re-install on existing hardware (same brand). I did not have to take everything apart.

I am 70 years old and was able to install this myself. I suggest you use a tire jack to lift it in place as its very heavy. I didnt use a jack and it took a number of tries before I could get it up and attached. Works great now.

Very easy installation to replace the old Badger InSinkeErator. Very detailed instructions and all parts included. Very few tools needed.
