> 3 dayReplaced my old Badger1 with this. Super easy install reusing the original bracket and existing drain lines. I only needed to slightly adjust the drain, no cutting just minor repositioning was needed to line up.

> 3 dayFrom other reviews I was expecting racket when I turned it on. But this was much cheaper than the quiet models so I decided to just put up with it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is actually really quiet. I could easily carry on a conversation with it on. And anyhow, its only on for a few seconds. Im sure the quiet models are quiet-er, but I dont see how anyone could call this one noisy.

> 3 dayI ordered this back in May but my cousin wasnt able to come over and install it until August. When he opened the box he found the cord had been severed very close to the base. He said it looked like the disposal had sat on the cord during shipping and crimped the cord to the point of severing it. (see picture - sorry it is so blurry). He said the nub is too short to safely splice. Long story short the warranty had expired by that time (hence the subject line) but I had been without the left side of my sink since May so he installed it. I now have a functional left side of my sink with a non functional disposal until I can afford to buy another one but lesson learned - open the box!! He said the installation was a piece of cake, so theres that. :)
