> 3 dayWorks like youd expect a Jabsco flush valve (not the best product but not much better choices). I just cant believe marine prices, absolutely outrageous that this thing costs $90.

22-11-2024It took me about 1 hour to replace it, not the best hour in my live as space is very very tight and, well, you know. But I got it in and it works perfectly. I was very happy to see it fits perfectly in my 1990 original head.

> 3 daypurchased this to replace the broken pump on my 2003 era Jabsco marine head. The assembly where the base of the new pump unit screws on to the connector pipe to the existing bowl is not exactly the same. The new pump mount included a shorter gasket (more rectangular) and had squared off the interior mount. I needed to grind down and flatten the base so that I could get a flush mount that did not leak. Seems to be fine now. But will see how long it lasts.

> 3 dayNeed to take care when fitting to the waste hose. The joint will leak if the hose angle puts pressure on the toilet outlet.

> 3 dayWe bought our boat used and had no idea how and when our head had been maintained. So when we had backflow and leaking, we replaced the entire assembly kit. It now works PERFECTLY! The price on Amazon was way better than West Marine, so it was worth the wait. Just wish we had bought the deal with the macerator pump...ours died about 3 weeks later!

> 3 daythe reason for only 4 instead of 5 stars is that this is the 2nd pump I have bought from jabsco, and each time instead of receiving the 4 screws you need to assemble it, I have only received 1 or 2. worries me that their quality control cannot even count to 4.

21-11-2024I was expecting to pay a lot more to fix my boat toilet problems. It was such a good deal I bought 2 of these kits to have one as a spare for future use. It took me a little over an hour and a half to remove and replace the new kit. My available work space was very tight. It would take less if you have lots of room to work in.
