Jabsco Manual Pump Assembly f/29090-Series

Easy update to improve your Jabsco manual toilet. Be sure to pump out first to keep things clean and have paper towels and sanitizer on hand. Wear nitrile gloves. Otherwise an easy job. Not worthwhile to replace only gaskets to save a few $$. Loosen the end nozzle and dont tighten the clamps on the hose that attaches to it until youve tightened the four Phillips screws that secures the pump first. The nozzle rotates slightly which assures an airtight fit. Secure nozzle and hose clamps last.

I needed to replace the base gasket but it was easier and more economical to replace the pump assembly too.

Quick and simple to install. Great Value. The head has never worked better. Video installation guide was very helpful in assuring project sanitation. It about 20 minutes. Now everybody is happy! Jabsco even provides you with a couple extra bolts. How often does that ever happen? Thumbs up!!

Works like brand new...wait a minute, it is new. This is my spare but an identical one works better than the one that came with the head when it was new.

purchased this to replace the broken pump on my 2003 era Jabsco marine head. The assembly where the base of the new pump unit screws on to the connector pipe to the existing bowl is not exactly the same. The new pump mount included a shorter gasket (more rectangular) and had squared off the interior mount. I needed to grind down and flatten the base so that I could get a flush mount that did not leak. Seems to be fine now. But will see how long it lasts.

I am not particularly handy. But, with the great U-tube instruction video, I had the confidence to handle this replacement project. I was really not that difficult. I am sure I saved a lot of money by not asking the marina mechanics to do it for me.

Simple replacement for the original equipment on my boat, works great.

Arrived as advertised. The only complaint we would have was that it was just boxed in paper with no bag protecting it or the grease sealing the valve. No damage, but it just seemed thrown in a box. Cheaper than west marine and was genuine jabsco.

Great product from Jabsco, I replaced my original pump from my 04 Chaparral 260ssi which wasnt pumping in water from the river. Easy to install and fixed my issue right away. Would highly recommend.
