> 3 dayI purchased this as a backup for my sons iPad. It stayed in the box on the shelf until I used it. Here I am replacing the screen as intended by directions that are HORRIBLE to begin with. Now his iPad that did work before no longer works and the screen doesn’t.

> 3 dayScreen was as described and easy to installed. Only thing that bother me was the one I have has about 3-4 scratches on it that easily noticeable.

Greater than one weekDisappointed. Arrived with a scratch at the bottom of the screen and because of that, it was just working from the middle to the top. The bottom didnt work. So, I had to take it off and it broke at the same part where the scratch was. Definitely not recommended

> 3 dayMake sure you follow instructions for your MODEL specific iPad. If you have dents that doesn’t allow the new screen to sit flush, you may want to address that first. I simply got a big bumper case for toddlers.. my son is at that age now.. the new screen fit perfectly even tho there are small spaces that are left open from dents.

> 3 dayGetting the original glue off is tough but this touch screen works! Comes with plenty of accessories.

> 3 dayThe description is very misleading. This only comes with the the glass for the iPad. It does not come with the digitizer. I was lucky enough to use my old one still to make this work.

Greater than one weekReplacing the glass is a pretty tedious job, but very diy-able. I do have some experience replacing various screens of phones and tablets. This was my first iPad. Took me a little less than an hour. Like others said, a good tutorial on YouTube is highly recommended. This screen is a perfect replacement. It came with all the tools needed, which is a huge plus. Everything works and looks like new after replacing. My only gripe with this particular screen is it didnt come with the same double sided adhesive tape as the original. It came with super glue. I guess the glue works, but you have to be careful not to get any on the lcd. For the price, its well worth the money compared to taking it to a shop. Ive heard most will charge around $100 to replace the screen. At that price, youre better off buying a refurbished mini 2.
