> 3 dayI needed a light for my Kindle touch that would actually fit ON the Kindle. I also needed to be not too bright, because I wanted to read while I was nursing the baby in the middle of the night, and I didnt want it to wake him up. This light clips on via clamp, so it fits on my Kindle or on the case, and it has two brightness settings, so I can choose how much light I want/need. I find this incredibly useful. This is the third light I bought for the Kindle. The first one didnt work, and the second one didnt fit. This one was a bit more expensive than the other two, but since it works it was well worth it. I wish I would have just bought this one in the first place. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayI just got this to replace another Kindle light that wouldnt hold a charge. Its just about perfect when it comes to brightness, even lighting and weight. The only problem I have with it is that it moves on the Kindle. The clip is designed so that it cant be pushed fully down tight to the clip, or it covers the top of your Kindle. This means that it can move fairly easily. Ive got it stable enough that Im comfortable moving it, but it does interrupt occasionally for readjustment.

> 3 dayThis is a great light. Its small, bright, sleek and fits right onto my Kindle Touch. I leave it there all the time, so Im never hunting around for it. It seems pricey, but I think the design is definitely worth it. After about 45 days I started to have problems with it NOT turning off; batteries dying...no good! Amazon was only offering a partial refund and ME paying return shipping. No thank you, not for a $25 book light! I contacted Ozeri directly. Theres where the value comes in: I explained my problem and disappointment. I got a reply in less than 24 hours, sent them my order# from Amazon and within 24 hours after that I had a new light in my mailbox. That is service and that makes for loyal customers! Love my light and Love Ozeri...

> 3 dayI really cant add anymore to the positive reviews already left. I have 2 of these now, one I use on a MacBook (I dont have the Pro version with backlit keys), the other for my Kindle Keyboard. Lighting is sufficient, the only issues I have (and this is not a complaint, its just inherent in this type of lighting) is that at half-battery power the bottom of my Kindle screen could use a bit more light for my tastes. Ozeri emailed me and thanked me for the purchase and offered to send me 2 more batteries for the booklight. Ive had the lights for about a year now and occasionally the light does not automatically go off when the booklight is closed (the other minor issue). Overall happy with the light and its firm but padded grip.

25-11-2024I enjoy having the light for the Kindle. Im spoiled with my other reader which has a back-light. This Kindle was a win from a website so I didnt get a chance to pick the one I wanted. However, the only complaints I have are these: (1) It is a bit hard to keep settled on my Kindle, and (2) the batteries burn out very quickly. I read more than most people--sometimes all night long. That means my batteries run out much to quickly. It seems the batteries fade quickly. I handled this by ordering a bunch of batteries (25) but it takes 2 to power the light. Otherwise, its so great to be able to read in the dark!

> 3 dayI bought this to use with my 2nd generation Kindle. I think it is a lot nicer than those goose neck reading lights. The Kandle snaps securely on the device and doesnt seem invasive like the other light I have. I know that sounds odd, but Im sure theres someone who knows what Im talking about :-) The Kandle conforms to the shape of the Kindle, its relatively flat, the adjustable lamp stays in place and shines down the page. It isnt as bright towards the bottom, but thats to be expected. The Kandle burns through batteries so pick up a package of batteries if you get this.

Greater than one weekThis light has a good amount of power. I am able to see just fine on the low level light, but if I find my eyes starting to strain I can bump it up to the high power. What I have found works best is to clip it onto the side of the Kindle and not the top. Although it doesnt weigh very much, it can throw the balance off a tad. This way, it also has no problem providing enough light to cover the entire screen. All in all, a good light.

> 3 dayI was very hesitant on buying a little light for the price, but am very satisfied. It is very lightweight and I like that it doesnt weigh my Kindle down when firmly attached. The different light settings are great!! The low setting is very useful for cloudy days and the highest setting works great while reading in bed. It comes with a nice little pouch to hold the Kandle when not in use and still has room for extra batteries and the little screwdriver. The only downfall is the positioning of the on/off switch as it is a little difficult to turn on when attached to the Kindle. I would recommend this light to anybody looking for a nice, high quality light.

> 3 dayI was a little apprehensive on getting this light after reading other reviews. 2 things that were mentioned on other reviews, screw driver needed for battery change and the light could be accidently left on when closed. Well I suppose the manufacturer listened and rectified those issues as the one I received had a twist off battery lid (no screwdriver needed) and the light automatically goes off when closed and you cannot accidently turn the light on when closed! It was awesome for a short (4 days) hospital stay and also in bed at home (wife doesnt complain that the lamp is keeping her up.

25-11-2024I have a Nook Simple Touch with their Lautner cover and the Kandle by Ozeri II fits perfectly. I place the light on the Nook device or on the cover - either way there is ample light. I am 70 years old and require good light to read and this Kandle is great. It is small and you need to be somewhat dexterous to mount and use it properly. My husband with his big sausage fingers might find it a little difficult. So far I have only used the Kandle while reading in bed at night with all other lights out. It does not disturb my husband at all. I am looking forward to using it when we travel in our camper or when we are tent camping.
