Greater than one weekThis is the perfect companion for the graphite Kindle! They look like they were made for each other. No more of the goose neck light falling off or having to reposition every time I move.It does get a little darker towards the bottom of the page but not enough to affect my reading. I am not having trouble turning it on when I close it. Perhaps I close it differently than others. I was a little apprehensive about spending so much on a light. I have had a Kindle for a few years and just fought with other types of lights. I bought the Kindle 3 and found all the lights I already had way too big for it so I caved. I am so happy I did...should have done it a long time ago. Very high quality and well worth the money.

> 3 dayI was really surprised after receiving the Kandle II on their attention to quality and detail. The packaging was really well done. They provide a little tool, an extra set of batteries, and a nice carrying case for the device. I was concerned when I saw it online that any light attached to my Kindle would cause a significant weight burden and make holding my device less comfortable. I dont know what materials this Kandle is made out of, but it is LIGHT. I have no issues attaching it and reading on my Kindle. The other thing is that it provides nice little felt like protection on the grip so there are no scratches onto the Kindle. The 2 light settings are interesting. I read with either one depending on my eyes sensitivity to light. There is a light drop off which is to be expected, but I am able to read perfectly fine. I really like the device and strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to read when its dark. Also the graphite color matches my Kindle.

> 3 dayI scoured Amazon and the other reviews for a Kindle light, and was excited to discover something perfectly matched for my Kindle! I wanted something small and bright, so I could read in bed without disturbing the spouse. Some of the reviews mention that it is too dim for night reading, but this looked to perfect so I ordered it anyway. Upon receiving my Kandle II, I was impressed by the quality of the design and feel. It complements the Kindle perfectly. However, that night, when I turned it on, it shined brightly for 2 minutes and then faded away to an unreadable dim level. I tried for 2 weeks to make it work (even replacing the batteries), but no success. My Kandle would start out bright and fade out in a matter of minutes. Flustered, I emailed their customer support, and was pleasantly surprised to have someone reply back to me within an hour! I explained the problem to Bryan from Ozeri, and he mailed me a replacement Kandle a day later, no questions asked! The replacement unit is amazingly bright, and illuminates the entire Kindle screen for hours on end. This little light, while expensive, totally rocks! If yours has a problem, email Ozeri and they will take care of it!

> 3 dayI purchased this product to use while reading in bed with my Kindle Touch. Simply said, it does exactly what I needed. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the unevenness of the page coverage. The bottom of the page is slightly dimmer than the top. This is a very minor complaint however, and doesnt affect the ability to read. I also like the compactness of the Kandle. Seems a much better solution than the products that use unwieldly gooseneck lamps.

> 3 dayI looked around and tried several lights for my new ST Nook before finding the Kandle II. This was the best one I have tried for it. It compliments the small and light weight scale of the Nook and stays on great. The illumination does fade out a little towards the bottom of the screen but not enough to give it much points off. I rated all the attributes as 5 except for the brightness, which I gave a 4. As much as I like the Mighty Bright Ultraflex 2 light I have, and used with the Nook 3G, it is too awkward to use with the ST Nook. This Kandle II fits the bill. I recommend it!

> 3 dayWe love the Kandle by Ozeri II. I saw one being used for a Kindle on a plane in November and ordered one as a gift for my husbnad who was reading in bed holding a flashlight. He loves it and uses it all the time. Its light, very compact, and the batteries last a long time. Weve had other compact lights for night time reading but theyre heavier, inflexible and larger, and the batteries die quickly. So I just ordered one for my Kindle because were planning a big trip and I want to be able to read on the plane and in bed. Often hotel rooms have poor bedside lighting. Then I ordered an extra one for a gift for a family member. Anyone who uses a Kindle or an iPad, or anyone who reads in bed, should have one of these little lights. They are great!! Thank you Ozeri!

> 3 dayThe Kandle looks like it was designed by Kindle as the graphite finish is perfect. I find the light easy to turn on and off. Other manufacturers tend to think tiny off/on buttons are better-I do not. The light doesnt glare. I have tried three other lights and they do not fit the bare Kindle without touching the screen. This one doesnt fit perfect, but is the best for the Kindle if you dont want the weight of a cover to support the light. Kandle is five dollars more than the other products I tried, and it is well worth the difference.I was even happier purchasing it when I found Ozeri is made in America. I purchased this through Amazon.

> 3 dayI have used many personal book lights in my 60 + years of reading. Most of them were flimsy and poorly designed. As for lighting ones book page... mostly inadequate. I decided to try one more time when I bought my wife a new monochrome Kindle. EUREKA !! The Kandle II actually works beautifully at illuminating the reading area, it is well made and has those little refinements (e.g. auto shut-down)that please customers. In short, after many years I have finally found a book light that I can enthusiastically recommend. It is a truly 5 star product.

> 3 dayI have a Nook Simple Touch with their Lautner cover and the Kandle by Ozeri II fits perfectly. I place the light on the Nook device or on the cover - either way there is ample light. I am 70 years old and require good light to read and this Kandle is great. It is small and you need to be somewhat dexterous to mount and use it properly. My husband with his big sausage fingers might find it a little difficult. So far I have only used the Kandle while reading in bed at night with all other lights out. It does not disturb my husband at all. I am looking forward to using it when we travel in our camper or when we are tent camping.

> 3 dayIm really happy with my Kandle. I was pleasantly surprised with the size and the power of the light system. It lights up the screen of the Kindle perfectly and enables me to read anywhere with all the light that I need. Havent used it long enough to know how long the battery life is, but so far so good. The only complaints that I have are the price, I do feel that it is a bit overpriced, and Im also not sure how sturdy it is, it doesnt appear to be very sturdy, it could me made out of a tougher material especially for the price that it is. I was very happy with the delivery, I received it the day after I odered it. Iwas only expecting a 2 day delivery and got it sooner thatn that, was also well packaged.
