When it comes to this stuff, the only thing better than regular KT Tape is KT Tape PRO! This product is wonderful. I have been using this tape on my entire family. From my daughters sprained ankle in basketball, to my hubbys golf shoulder, elbow, and thumb tendonitis and arthritis issues, to my own sad state of chronic knee condition, worn out shoulders (pre and post surgical to help me rehab), and in general on whichever body part is deciding to either fail or not cooperate on any given day for any number of activities, I would highly recommend this product. I also advocate using the prep cleaner and adhesive, and PRO versions if you tend to be a oilier skined or person or if your activities will cause you to get wet or sweat much, as this, along with how well you cleaned and dried your skin before using has a direct impact on how well it adhears and/or how long it stays that way. Also, if the area you are taping has you having to put clothing on and off frequently, (like knees endure when using the restroom, for example) this can sometimes cause ends to get pulled up (another reason why I recommend the prep and adhesive spray as well). Aside from how expensive it can be if you are needing to continue using for for your desired activities, I have found KT tape to be a godsend in it allows me to continue doing the activities and sports I love despite my own genetics determination to fall apart. The products ability to stretch with my skin prevents much of the discomfort that traditional athletic taping causes, and the adhesive is quite gentile on my skin (which is known to react poorly to nearly all adhesives from Band-Aids to paper tape), while still providing the nessesary support needed to stay active. In addition, it is available in a variety of fun colors or skin tones so you can go as bold or subtle as you wish. The online video tutorials are well made and easy to follow to assist you in getting just the right amount support for your area of need. I highly recomend to all and have bought this product many times and will continue to do so until science can fix my battered body. Till then I thank God I found the great product!

I am a head coach of a baseball team and I have problems with my shoulder on my throwing arm. I swear by this tape, I am not sure what it does but I have zero pain when throwing a ball! Would highly recommend using this product.

Anyone with knee problems will tell you that unless you stabilize the entire knee in the right way you run the risk of a sudden move that will set you back in the healing process and bring on more pain. You can learn how to position the KT tape and do it yourself. I am using it for my knees, but I have used it for my shoulders, arms, ankles over the last 9 years. This brand stays put, if you decide to shower with it on and you want to keep the tape in place. It can get wet and you can decide if you want it to air-dry or use a blow dryer for a minute to dry it a bit. The adhesive is one that doesnt make me itch or burn. Other brands I seem allergic to. My physical therapist used it on my shoulder which keeps the shoulder in place and brings some strength to the area. Now I apply it w/o seeing the physical therapist. Watch the videos the company has available, and you will help yourself. Its amazing how, when applied properly, this tape brings strength and stability to many parts of the body. The price here from this seller is a good price for this brand. The pre-cut strips are convenient to use. You can also buy a continuous roll of tape that you can cut to desired length (and save a little money).

I inadvertently forgot to mention that the KT tape bruised my leg, and took almost 2 weeks for the bruise to go away. Mea culpa.

I have had back pain for years… it would make me cry because I was limited in doing activities I loved because of it. I went to PT and they put this stuff on my sciatica because my hip pain was becoming too bad. Well wow that’s al I can say….. for some reason it seems to just take away all the pain. So because I have a small twisted spine between three and four vertebrae, I decided to put it down my spine, not on the muscle. And it is literally taking away all my back pain when I take it off it all comes back after a few days lol so I have to keep putting it back lol but wow this stuff is just amazing

This tape is amazing!!! My co worker recommended it to me and I loved it. I have pain on my right shoulder and I used one of these KT tape strips and poof gone! Now this is obviously temporary it will not cure your pain permanently. If you need something to help you get through your day wether its working or working out, this tape can help. I feel like the tape moves with you as well. Give it a try its worth the money.

I have bought a few different brands of kt tape. They all work well but with 1 exception, they should tell you ti buy the adhesion spray promoter or the tape wont stay on even 5 min.

I have really bad planter fasciitis and have been using KT tape for sore muscles for years. It’s really great and works well but at the price point, having to use 3 strands every day wasn’t great. I wish it was a little stickier so it could last a few days even with showering.
