I have been using this product for my knees for a couple of years now. It was amazing what a little tape could do for the pain. About a year ago the quality started getting erratic, one batch would rip off my skin when I pulled it off, the elasticity got weak and the texture changed. This last box caused me to update my review, the elasticity is almost non-existent and the adhesive is so weak that it comes loose after a couple of hours. This was a great product, what happened to quality control?

Does the job. But be careful to make sure skin is completely free of anything that might cause the tape to not stick as well. Also using it is tricky if you plan to put socks or clothing over it.

I use this elastic athletic tape for my knee, which is not athletic at all. It’s great that it’s precut in standard sizes. Might be a bit longer than I need but felt like a better option to use precut for a novice like me. My physical therapist applied the other ones, so I knew what to do. Cutting to create the spider web pattern for the knee was easy and clean (no threads). The picture is 3 days in, with several showers and a bath so holding up really well. Definitely recommend.

I use this for plantar fasciitis and I noticed that it’s really helpful on days that I’m on my feet or doing a lot of walking. Definitely reduces the heel pain and it makes me able to stay on my feet a lot longer than usual. I don’t even notice that they’re on my feet when I wear them.

I have bought a few different brands of kt tape. They all work well but with 1 exception, they should tell you ti buy the adhesion spray promoter or the tape wont stay on even 5 min.

Ive been using KT tape since my acupuncturist recommended it for a strain. Now, in menopause, I use it for all the weird aches and pains and sore joints and it really works. I even convinced my skeptical husband to try it and he got knee pain relief almost immediately. Highly recommend. I love the YouTube videos from the brand, too. Very helpful

My daughter plays competitive sports and had a recent surgery . After her return to the game she loves I was anxious but one of her teammates shared this tape at a 2 day Vball tournament and it helps support. I quickly got on Amazon n ordered several! Must have !!
