> 3 dayThis tape is good, but its elastic is only half as strong as the KT Pro tape, which costs about twice as much. I prefer the stronger tape. No surprise, I guess, you get what you pay for. In both cases, quality is high. If you dont mind the gentler elastic, this tape is great.

> 3 dayI inadvertently forgot to mention that the KT tape bruised my leg, and took almost 2 weeks for the bruise to go away. Mea culpa.

> 3 dayTried several brands - This was by far superior - Adhesive holds for days - Comfortable to wear - Not an athlete - Just a little old lady with muscle pain - Follow instructions for removal

04-06-2025I highly recommend KT Tape to anyone dealing with muscle injuries or looking for additional support during physical activities. Its reliability, ease of use, and durability make it a game-changer for athletes of all ages. With KT Tape, my daughter was able to conquer her injury and shine in the Florida heat. Thank you, KT Tape, for saving the day!

Greater than one weekI bought this and another similar product for my husband to try out, as he has planters fasciitis. This product far exceeded the other. The precut was perfect in size and easy to use. The adhesive was much more long lasting than the other brand as well. The roll lasted my husband a good amount of time, even changing it daily-every other day. He’s requested me to order more, so he’s happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayI tore my PCL, meniscus, and completely tore my ACL in my knee back in 2012 as a result of a car accident. I have struggled with my knee and have had a ACL reconstruction, PCL repair twice, meniscus repair twice, and a lateral release of my knee cap due to a tendon being too tight and my knee cap not moving in the correct place resulting in severe pain. The lateral release has definitely helped with my pain, but as of late I have been getting excruciating pain when walking that hits right in the middle of my knee and radiates all throughout and brings me down to the ground most of the time. I have struggled with getting my knee cap to cooperate in the healing process even a year later and it still wants to go to the side when flexed (because of the lateral release). The anti inflammatory pills, huge knee braces, icing, and PT exercises haven’t seemed to help. This product has mixed reviews, but I decided to try it based off the fact that the reviews for knees seemed good. I applied it in a way to keep my kneecap from going to the side when flexed. It is not a complete fix for my issue, but I have to say as soon as I put it on and started walking around I could tell such a difference! The pain is much less severe, and it feels a lot less like a constant thought of “is this step about to take me out” and more like “oh I can keep doing things and not think about it”. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with knee pain from injuries that is looking for something to help on more active days! I needed to share this ASAP, so I haven’t had it on for long. I noticed a lot of people complaining of peeling, but it looks as though those strips were applied too stretched out and that is why they are peeling. I completely removed the backing, then I stuck the strip at one point with my knee straight out and gave it a LIGHT stretch to compensate for bending my knee, and stuck the rest of the strip down. So far, there is no sign of peeling. I will update my review when I have worn these for a few days. Overall, I am so very happy with my purchase! Update: I am remodeling my kitchen, so at the end of the day after lots of bending, getting up and down, being in weird positions, I was having some issues with my knee and did have a sharp pain that took me down. My chiropractor told me to apply differently (updated pic: bend knee and apply strips in a V shape around knee, then straighten knee and add a strip snug below knee cap). This pic is 3 days after wearing the tape, no peeling! I will note that I have not submerged it in water at all though. I have not have any of the sharp pains at all! I still stand by it being a great tool to use!

> 3 dayI have had back pain for years… it would make me cry because I was limited in doing activities I loved because of it. I went to PT and they put this stuff on my sciatica because my hip pain was becoming too bad. Well wow that’s al I can say….. for some reason it seems to just take away all the pain. So because I have a small twisted spine between three and four vertebrae, I decided to put it down my spine, not on the muscle. And it is literally taking away all my back pain when I take it off it all comes back after a few days lol so I have to keep putting it back lol but wow this stuff is just amazing

> 3 dayI normally dont write reviews on items I bought online. But in this case, I have to let all the competitive recreational and semi-pro athletes know...if you suffer from any kind of acute or chronic muscular, tendon or other orthopedic injuries, you need to try this tape. Im a competitive triathlete, and about 9 months ago after an olympic distance triathlon, both of my achilles tendons and the retrocalcaneal bursa got badly inflamed. Since then, I tried everything to get rid off the inflammation...short-term rest, ice therapy, I lifted the heels with insoles, changed the shoes, elastic bandages, local and systemic NSAIDs, physical therapy, regular taping, and finally I ended up with sleeping in these bulky night splints (which was btw the worst experience I have ever made). But nothing worked. The pain after every workout and in the morning was excruciating, my heels were red and swollen all the time. Of course, the orthopedist to take off of exercising for 6-9 months, but he couldnt guarantee that it would be gone by then nor if it could come back. Well, I couldnt rest for 9 month, no way:-) SO I have almost given it up and just ignored the pain and the swelling, when a friend of mine gave me a product sample of the KT tape that she got at one of these races. And of course, as desperated as I was, I used the tape right after I watched on youtube how to apply the tape for achilles tendon problems. And the result was stunning. Right after the first few days, the swelling decreased, the pain was less severe and I could stop taking NSAIDs. This tape provided a supportive feeling at each workout. I was so impressed, I couldnt believe it after all these months of suffering. The tape sticks as described for 3-4 days even with tough workouts every day, when you handle it gently. It survives daily sweating and short hot showers. Even if it looks a little loose after the shower, it will stick tightly after it is dry. I also keep the tape on on my rest days, because it just supports the entire mechanics of my heels while walking around. Im using the KT tape now for 3 months, and my symptoms are almost gone. Only after very tough workouts, I can feel some pain. However they returned after I have forgotten to tape one time. So finally, I cannot live without the KT tape anymore :-)
