I like KT brand the best.

I have really bad planter fasciitis and have been using KT tape for sore muscles for years. It’s really great and works well but at the price point, having to use 3 strands every day wasn’t great. I wish it was a little stickier so it could last a few days even with showering.

Good price and help me alot with pain

Impressed at how long and how well the tape stays in place. Did help to relieve the pain for which I purchased the item.

I used this for tendonitis on the top of my foot. You have to apply it correctly for proper results. Watched a video on how to adhere the tape. I work out everyday and am on my feet all day at work. Within a few days, the pain and swelling went down. Highly recommend!

Does not stay on skin due to lack of adhesion

My daughter plays competitive sports and had a recent surgery . After her return to the game she loves I was anxious but one of her teammates shared this tape at a 2 day Vball tournament and it helps support. I quickly got on Amazon n ordered several! Must have !!

My doctor ask me to purchase it, good product but if it come with more instruction will be perfect
